Liberando la potencia productiva.
La propuesta que vengo fundamentando en varios artículos tiene como finalidad incluir a varios millones de personas de una sola vez en el sistema económico que les permita acceder a una vida con plena satisfacción de necesidades reales.
Recordando, se propone captar la fuente básica de producción. En el caso argentino la fuente son los campos productores de vegetales. Dado que nos encontramos en un sistema donde la propiedad privada rige la economía, el criterio es generar actividad económica permanente en paralelo , para lo cual hay que adueñarse , comprando campos, de la fuente.
Porqué hacer esto? Porque en otro esquema, si se aceptan las condiciones vigentes del capitalismo, dejando que el sistema satisfaga las necesidades de las personas, primero concentrará toda la riqueza que pueda, luego , con el excedente generará algunos puestos de trabajo. A modo de ejemplo, basta ver los edificios en construcción en todas las ciudades donde existe producción agrícola. Gran parte de esos edificios termina vacío quedando la inversión muerta en manos de personas que concentraron capital y las personas excluidas no pueden participar de esos recursos.
Si el estado (gobierno) dispone de la fuente básica de producción económica, es posible generar actividad permanente sustentable, sujeta a los intereses de los ciudadanos , sin especulación de ganancias. El estado (gobierno) mismo sirve de referencia pedagógica para los hábitos y consumos de los ciudadanos incluídos en estos esquemas.
Por otra parte se cuidan los recursos naturales, a la vez que se tiene el control sobre el tipo y cantidad de producción. Otra ventaja, es que los territorios son del estado nacional y no de particulares extranjeros.
Esto no colisiona con los propietarios de campos existentes. Viene a ser una nueva modalidad de inversión del estado nacional. No apoya permanentemente a los mismos de siempre, sino a los excluidos que son millones en esta región y es su obligación constitucional.
Es necesario indicar que , la compra sucesiva de campos es un proceso largo , pero que en unos 30 años posibilitará la generación de una economía paralela,nueva inclusiva de millones de personas.
Una parte de la producción de granos se destina a los costos de producción, que se supone serán realizados con máquinas. De esa manera, las máquinas producen mucho más alimento con la posibilidad de liberar a las personas de esa tarea gruesa, lo que les permite tener disponible la "potencia productora" al tener asegurado el alimento y otras necesidades básicas.
En esa línea de pensamiento, las viviendas sociales se pueden realizar con gran participación de las personas interesadas , lo que permite bajar notablemente los costos y obtener viviendas en cantidad. Los procesos de generación de bienes básicos, o de alimentos con características diferentes ( como la crianza de aves o cerdos) son otras tareas a incluir en las habituales de los grupos de producción.
Una tarea típica de procesamiento y que constituye una necesidad vital es la fabricación de pan. Para ello con el equipamiento necesario, el pan se puede producir para uso interno en los equipos de producción y el excedente intercambiado por bienes en el sistema externo.
La fabricación de vestimenta puede tener aspectos más o menos tecnológicos. A fin de evitar excesiva cantidad de maquinarias, se prevé que los mismos integrantes de los grupos provean las vestimentas con un mínimo de maquinarias.
En próximos artículos realizaré una lista de necesidades en la vida diaria, especialidades requeridas y niveles de producción para generar una suma cero de necesidades en el conjunto de grupos de producción.
Los procesos de intercambio son así:
Al poseer alimentación en toda la variedad necesaria, solo es necesario establecer un plan de intercambio programado entre grupos productivos ( es evidente que los costos acá son bajos y se los puede eximir de impuestos al tratarse de alimentación).
Dado que para satisfacer todas las necesidades , las personas requieren otros elementos, se prevé otro tipo de intercambio con el sistema económico vigente. Ejemplo: si se requiere madera para construcción de viviendas y muebles, se puede entregar muebles terminados o tirantes cortados como intercambio a la recepción de la madera.
Si se requiere harina se puede entregar producción de pan a cambio. En otros aspectos, donde el intercambio no sea tan evidente, como lo es la necesidad de energía, el mismo estado (gobierno) se encargará de facilitar el acceso a los grupos. Para ello se realizará estudios separados de los costos de producción energética y las necesidades de insumos locales o extranjeros. En caso que sean extranjeros, se prevé que una parte de la producción de granos se desvíe para ese objetivo.
Al analizar los hábitos de las personas incluídas en los planes se puede proyectar la energía requerida. Dado que el tutor de los planes es el mismo gobierno, su plan pedagógico consistirá en priorizar las necesidades, partiendo de las alimentarias, siguiendo con las de vivienda y energía. Para la energía , se prevé que la energía de calefacción y refrigeración tengan importancia fundamental, siguiendo la de las necesidades diarias. Promover el uso de pocos o mínimos electrodomésticos. No adherir a ese sistema de consumo que implica energía en gran cantidad que le costará al sistema productivo obtener.
No inducir a poseer automóvil, sí al transporte público.
La dieta
Respecto a la dieta, este es otro aspecto que puede controlar el estado (gobierno) e inducir comportamientos saludables. A mi entender, evitar el consumo de carne vacuna por diversas razones, por sus efectos en el cuerpo humano, por cuestiones de contaminación ambiental , cada animal provee más gases nocivos al ambiente. También por razones éticas, al evitar el sacrificio de animales, aún cuando se tolere en otros tipos.
Determinación de los grupos de producción
Profesiones necesarias
Agricultores de vegetales verdes.
Criadores de aves. Productores lácteos, tamberos.
Criadores de cerdos. Pescadores de río.
Albañiles- carpinteros de diferente tipo - electricistas- instaladores de gas y conductos de agua.
Colocadores de revestimientos.
Panaderos. Personal de producción de blocks de hormigón.
Determinación de los equipamientos necesarios para producción de bienes.
Para profesiones no directamente relacionadas con la producción se preveerá que el estado siga haciéndose cargo, o dejando un "impuesto" o valor de intercambio asignado para salud y educación.
Médicos, hospitales, maestros, profesores de escuelas secundarias.
Ventajas del sistema: No hay bancos, no hay créditos. no hay finanzas. No hay contadores, ni abogados. Hasta diría que no sería necesario policias. ( que pueden estar incluídos en este esquema como trabajadores).
Es un esquema donde la producción real está presente en su esencia.
Al no haber excesos de ganancias, no existe problema especulativo. Si existen esas "ganancias" , que serán posibilidades de acceso a bienes, serán manejadas como excedente prorrateado en el esquema productivo , por un lado y como amortización de inversión al estado ( gobierno).
Estamos dominados por un partido político, llamado Peronismo. Es una forma de populismo muy arraigada que solo ha traído más pobres y más políticos ricos con impunidad. Mientras Argentina no esté dispuesta a cambiar este esquema no podrá salir de este gran problema social.

A part of the production of grains is dedicated to the costs of production that it is supposed they will be carried out with machines. Der Vorschlag, daß ich in mehrere Artikel basierend komme, muß als Zweck zu mehreren Millionen von Leuten einer einzelnen Zeit in der Wirtschaft einschließen, die es ihnen erlaubt, einem Leben mit voller Zufriedenstellung wirklicher Bedürfnisse zuzustimmen.
Erinnernd sich beabsichtigt, die grundlegende Quelle der Produktion zu erobern. Im Argentinean-Fall ist die Quelle die Felder, die von Gemüsen produzieren. Weil wir in einem System sind, wo das persönliche Vermögen die Wirtschaft regiert, dem Ansatz, den es ist bleibende Wirtschaftstätigkeit in Parallele zu erzeugen, für das, das von der Quelle anzueignen es notwendig ist und Felder kauft,.

Maurer, Zimmermänner von anderer Art, Elektrikern, Installateuren des Gases und Rohrkabeln des Wassers.
Arbeiter des Antrages des Futters.
Bäcker. Persönlich von Produktion konkreter Blöcke.
Entschlossenheit der notwendigen Ausrüstung für Produktion der Güter.
Für Berufe erzählte nicht direkt mit der Produktion, die es betrachtet wird, daß der Staat fortsetzt, Sie Position zu machen, oder das Verlassen einer "Steuer" oder Zeitwert wies für die Gesundheit und die Ausbildung zu.
Ärzte, Krankenhäuser, Lehrer, Professoren der Gymnasien.
Vorteile gegenüber dem System: Es gibt keine Banken, es gibt keine Kredite. es gibt keine Finanzen. Es gibt keine Buchhalter, weder Anwälte. Bis ich sagen würde, dieses wäre keine notwendigen Polizisten. ( daß sie in diesem Umriß wie Arbeitern eingeschlossen werden können.
Es ist ein Umriß, wo die wirkliche Produktion in seinem Wesen anwesend ist.
Wenn sie nicht Überschüsse des Einkommens haben, existiert spekulatives Problem nicht. Wenn jenes "Einkommen", das Zugangsmöglichkeiten zu Gütern sein wird, existieren Sie, sie werden geleitet werden, als Überschuß den Durchschnitt im produktiven Umriß ermittelte, auf einer Hand und ich esse Anlage, die sich zum Staat (Regierung) auszahlt.
Wir werden von einem politischen beherrscht, rief Partei Peronismo an. Es ist eine sehr tief eingewurzelte Form von Populismus, der allein ärmer und politischer mit Straflosigkeit reich gebracht hat. Während Argentinien diesen Umriß he/she nicht verändern will, wird nicht fähig sein, dieses große gesellschaftliche Problem zu verlassen.
