Es sabido que un sistema social, económico, tiene comportamientos similares a un organismo vivo. De esa manera, podemos comprobar que consume energía, genera desechos, entra en calma en la noche, asociado a la composición humana en su matríz, consume elementos de la tierra, vegetales, animales, utiliza la materia.
En el caso de una enfermedad se puede notar que rápidamente se desencadenan acciones tendientes a corregir o atenuar el problema.
En ese caso se debería observar que los anticuerpos protectores reaccionan para eliminar puntualmente un problema.

El poder legislativo no se ha expresado tampoco. Por otra parte la población sigue mirando "bailando por un sueño" o "fútbol para todos" en una impasible tranquilidad.
El organismo social económico parece muerto. Es como ver "vacas volando" y nadie menciona nada al respecto como si la naturaleza fuese así.
Entonces la pregunta es porqué se mantiene? El equivalente es más dificil explicarlo en términos de un organismo vivo. Es como que una parte del cuerpo tiene los recursos y se mantiene "saludable", pero otra está en estado de descomposición mantenida artificialmente de alguna manera. Qué mantiene las cosas así?
Entiendo que los alimentos , la base de los ingresos económicos argentinos es la clave. Mientras exista ese ingreso y mínimamente haya alimentos para los excluídos el sistema se mantendrá , obviando cualquier otra manera de inclusión social.
La cantidad de casos de corrupción de este gobierno que es una de las tantas caras del peronismo, son increíbles paso a detallarlas :
-Robo denunciado por candidata de la oposición 10000 millones de dólares de planes sociales y otros.
-Dinero enviado por Nestor Kirchner al exterior en oportunidad de crisis económica interna, con el objeto de salvar su valor. -Dinero entregado en forma directa a la fundación Madres de Plaza de Mayo, para construcción de viviendas sociales sin ningún tipo de control. El tema está en manos del emblemático juez Oyarbide ( que debería estar inhabilidado por su historia personal).
Enriquecimiento ilícito de la presidente y su esposo. Sucesivas denuncias y apoyo de la justicia a cargo del inefable Oyarbide, juez cuestionado si los hay.
Fútbol para todos, inversión millonaria anual para promover la televisación del fútbol nacional, para todos y todas.
La venta de YPF a Enrique Eskenazi. Oscuro negocio con dicha empresa que sigue sin aclararse.
Aerolíneas: La compra que no es tal, de la empresa de bandera y la cantidad de dinero ingresado como déficit anualmente , a su vez dirigida por personajes de La Cámpora, entidad creada por N Kirchner, y su hijo.
(déficit de 3000 millones de pesos en 2010, el doble del estimado por su presidente de La Cámpora, Mariano Recalde).
Esta empresa es utilizada por un pequeño porcentaje de la población entre los cuales están los políticos.

Santa Fe sigue siendo un territorio con apariencia democrática pero en la realidad es más de lo mismo.
Durante años gobernados por el peronismo, del cual no se puede decir nada nuevo. Son y serán iguales.
Cuando entra esta coalición a gobernar la provincia está al frente Binner, del socialismo. La integran radicales, ARI, Demócrata Progresista, etc.
Como nada ha cambiado en la provincia, el peronismo siguió avanzando y se quedó con las dos cámaras en el congreso local. El frente o coalición de gobierno. Las instituciones funcionan solo a la medida del gobierno actual, como antes lo hacían con el peronismo.
El señor Binner que tiene frases célebres , pero entre ellas recuerdo ésta: "Todos quieren verme fuera de la provincia,,,"
Se refería a que acá adentro molestaba a los que están con el y a los aliados. Entonces como no hay reelección se dedicó a traicionar aliados y a generar un "nuevo" movimiento "progresista" con la ambiguedad que el término implica.
Ahora sigue esa campaña que lo único que hace es dividir más a la oposición en el pais, y también con afirmaciones que han generado airadas protestas. En un encuentro reciente de sus partidarios terminó con una arenga del gobernador diciendo: " el siglo XXI es el del socialismo, los otros partidos son del siglo pasado". Con ello desató la furia de los aliados radicales en la provincia, que ya habían sido traicionados por el mismo con el tema de Alfonsín y la elección interna de Bonfatti.
Inclusive la vicegobernadora salió a discrepar con el gobernador por el tema. Esto terminará en una ruptura interna del frente que lo único que supo hacer es administrar a favor del peronismo y para sus secuaces políticos, muchos traídos de Rosario. Esto lo he denunciado en innumerables oportunidades en mi blog y los medios nacionales.
Al respecto , por el funcionamiento institucional recuerdo que en mi caso particular estoy en la administración del estado sin posibilidad de tener una carrera porque estoy adscripto, congelado por el peronismo 10 años y 4 con Binner , siendo que he reclamado en todos los entes del estado. Próximamente se presentará mi caso en la UNL facultad de abogacía para que se exponga como ejemplo del funcionamiento institucional que no dá respuestas.

Institutionelles Gedächtnis, daß ich in der Verwaltung des Staates ohne Möglichkeit bin eine Karriere in meinem Einzelfall zu haben, weil ich geborgt werde, gelassen vom peronismo insofern für die Bedienung 10 Jahre und 4 mit Binner gefrieren, das Sein, daß ich in allen Wesen des Staates behauptet habe. Bald wird mein Fall gesetzliche Berufsfähigkeit im UNL präsentiert werden, damit es als Beispiel von der institutionellen Bedienung freigelegt wird, die keine Antworten gibt.
