Sindicatos, anticuerpos prescindibles.

Cuál es la función de los sindicatos? En principio se debe analizar la necesidad de su existencia. La existencia del capital hizo que aparezca esta necesidad como un efecto de reacción orgánica.
En sistemas de economía planificada desaparece su necesidad. Solo existen cuando hay "injusticias " distributivas o de condiciones de trabajo.
Es entonces necesario que ellos (sus integrantes) conozcan en detalle los procesos relacionados al trabajo, a la actividad que les compete , a los tiempos , los recursos necesarios en un proceso donde intervenga un trabajador.
El origen del sindicato implica que sus integrantes estén muy cerca del trabajo y del estudio de sus implicancias, procesos y seguridad.
La representación de los sindicatos debe tener alternancia, posibilitando que el esquema sea transparente y que cada representante no descuide su sentido original que es el de la proximidad al trabajo real y no burocrático.
En Argentina es sintomático el comportamiento de los sindicatos. Casi ninguno es de partidos de izquierda, cosa que en el mundo es lo más lógico.
Sus representantes no se alternan en los directorios. Son eternos, conformando esquemas hasta hereditarios ( por ejemplo el actual secretario de la CGT y su hijo).
Sus objetivos son aumentar la participación en la ganancia de las empresas configurando una asociación virtual con estas.
Por otra parte gran parte de los trabajadores en el país no tienen un sindicato , lo que implica un inexplicable "olvido " de la central de trabajadores que se arroga la representación de todos los trabajadores del país. Usa todos los mecanismos legales posibles para evitar una representación en diferentes sindicatos, sabido es que apoyan a un único partido político.
En Argentina también dominan las determinaciones de procesos y la cantidad de personal que implican ellos. Pese a que se pueden realizar estudios científicos de procesos y tiempos, que mejoren las condiciones de trabajo y seguridad, los sindicalistas tienen la potestad de decidir sobre ello.
Su nivel educativo es de los más bajos , por lo cual no pueden estar capacitados para entender las diferencias entre procesos, conocimiento , manejo de recursos, estadísticas, etc.
Así se atribuyen el ingreso de personal que debe adherir de alguna manera a sus consignas, esto es especialmente cierto en el estado, donde dominan cargos de esta manera.
Tampoco en Argentina los sindicalistas efectúan declaraciones juradas de ganancias. Son uno
de los poderes privilegiados del país , equivalente a los curas , que nunca pueden ser encarcelados. El dominio de las obras sociales a mano de ellos les posibilita una fuente de dinero permanente que sirve para mantener a su vez su propio poder y el del partido político de donde se originaron: el Peronismo.
El trabajo que realizó Perón con los sindicatos fue ese, eliminar paulatinamente los sindicatos de izquierda y pasar los afiliados a los sindicatos Peronistas. Desde entonces los tenemos dominando el ámbito laboral.
Los sindicatos están asociados a las ganancias y a los excesos de las empresas. En ese sentido se puede afirmar que si los generadores de bienes, no fuesen empresarios que solo promueven ganancias, los sindicatos no serían necesarios.
Tomemos como ejemplo las cooperativas de trabajo. Dado que el esquema es de cooperación y no hay un propietario para qué necesito sindicalistas?
Si el sistema productivo rota hacia un esquema más cooperativo cercano a los procesos productivos y no a las ganancias, cada persona ocupa un lugar en la producción. Cuál es el lugar de los sindicatos? No hay lugar.
Por otra parte, la tecnología actual, con una adecuada determinación de las condiciones en que se producen bienes, como de las necesidades reales de las personas, llevarán a un esquema donde ni siquiera los políticos tienen sentido, menos aún los sindicalistas.
La tecnologia ha avanzado más rápido que los cambios sociales, las leyes , los hábitos, pero en cuanto lo social se adapte a una sociedad más civilizada no se requerirán politicos ni sindicalistas.

Como ejemplo de sindicatos y sus excesos muestro los del sindicato de Luz y Fuerza asociado a un partido politico : Peronista.

Unions, dispensable antibodies.

Which is the function of the unions? In principle the necessity of its existence should be analyzed. The existence of the capital made him to appear this necessity like an effect of organic reaction.
In systems of planned economy their necessity disappears. Alone they exist when there are distributive "injustices" or of working conditions.
It is then necessary that them (their members) know in detail the processes related to the work, to the activity that concerns them, at the times, the necessary resources in a process where a worker intervenes.
The origin of the union implies that its members are very near the work and of the study of their implications, processes and security.
The representation of the unions needs to have alternation, facilitating that the outline is transparent and that each representative doesn't neglect his original sense that is the one from the vicinity to the real and not bureaucratic work.
In Argentina it is symptomatic the behavior of the unions. Almost none is of left parties, thing that is the most logical thing in the world.
Their representatives are not alternated in the directories. They are eternal, conforming outlines until hereditary (for example the current secretary of the CGT and their son).

Their objectives are to increase the holding in the gain of the companies configuring a virtual association with these.
On the other hand the workers' great part in the country doesn't have an union, what implies an inexplicable "forgetfulness" of the power station of workers that claims the representation of all the domestic workers. It uses all the possible legal mechanisms to avoid a representation in different unions, known it is that they support to an only political party.
In Argentina they also dominate the determinations of processes and the quantity of personnel that they imply. In spite of the fact that they can be carried out scientific studies of processes and times that improve the working conditions and security, the union leader they have the imperium of deciding on it.
Their educational level is of the lowest, reason why they cannot be qualified to understand the differences among processes, knowledge, handling of resources, statistical, etc.
They are attributed this way personnel's entrance that should stick somehow to their watchwords, this is specially certain in the state, where they dominate positions this way.
Neither in Argentina the union leader make sworn declarations of earnings. They are one
of the domestic privileged powers, equivalent to the priests that can never be imprisoned. The domain of the system of health by hand of them it facilitates them a source of permanent money that is good to maintain their own power in turn and that of the political party of where they originated: the Peronismo.
The work that Perón carried out with the unions was that, to eliminate the left unions gradually and to pass the members to the Peronist unions. From then on we have them dominating the labor environment.
The unions are associated to the earnings and to the excesses of the companies. In that sense one can affirm that if the generators of goods, were not managers that alone they promote earnings, the unions would not be necessary.
Let us take as example the working cooperatives. Since the outline is of cooperation and there is not a proprietor for what reason I need union?
If the system productive rattan toward a near more cooperative outline to the productive processes and not to the earnings, each person occupies a place in the production. Which is the place of the unions? There is not place.
On the other hand, the current technology, with an appropriate determination of the conditions in that goods take place, as of the real necessities of people, they will take to an outline where the politicians not even make sense, less still the union leader.
The technology has advanced quicker than the social changes, the laws, the habits, but as soon as the social thing adapts to a more civilized society they won't be required political neither union.

As example of unions and their excesses I show those of Luz's union and Force associated to a political party: Peronist. This is a union related to workers of electricity in the state.

Gewerkschaften, entbehrliche Antikörper.

Welcher ist die Funktion der Gewerkschaften? Im Prinzip sollte die Notwendigkeit seiner Existenz analysiert werden. Die Existenz des Kapitales machte ihn, diese Notwendigkeit wie eine Wirkung organischer Reaktion zu erscheinen.
In Systemen geplanter Wirtschaft verschwindet ihre Notwendigkeit. Allein existieren sie, wenn es distributive "Ungerechtigkeiten" gibt, oder vom Bedienen von Bedingungen.
Es ist dann notwendig, daß sie (ihre Mitglieder) die in Verbindung mit der Arbeit gebrachten Prozesse in Detail kennen, zur Aktivität, die sie betrifft, zu den Zeiten, die notwendigen Ressourcen in einem Prozeß, wo ein Arbeiter eingreift.
Der Ursprung der Gewerkschaft deutet an, daß seine Mitglieder die Arbeit sehr nah sind, und vom Studium von ihren Auswirkungen, Prozessen und Sicherheit.
Die Darstellung der Gewerkschaften Bedürfnisse, Abwechslung zu haben, das Erleichtern, daß der Umriß durchsichtig ist, und daß jeder Vertreter seinen originalen Sinn nicht vernachlässigt, der der eine von der Umgebung zum Wirklichen ist, und nicht bürokratische Arbeit.
In Argentinien ist es das Verhalten der Gewerkschaften symptomatisch. Fast keines ist von linken Parteien, Sache, die die logischste Sache in der Welt ist.
Ihre Vertreter werden nicht in den Verzeichnissen abgewechselt. Sie sind ewige, entsprechende Umrisse bis erblich, (zum Beispiel der aktuelle Sekretär vom CGT und ihrem Sohn).

Ihre Objektive sind das Gut im Gewinn der Firmen zu erhöhen, der einen virtuellen Verband für diese konfiguriert.
Andererseits hat der große Teil der Arbeiter im Land keine Gewerkschaft, das, was eine unerklärbare "Vergeßlichkeit" der Machtstation von Arbeitern, die die Darstellung aller häuslichen Arbeiter behauptet, andeutet. Es benutzt alle möglichen gesetzlichen Mechanismen, um in anderen Gewerkschaften eine Darstellung zu vermeiden, gewußt, daß es ist, daß sie zu einer einzigen politischen Partei unterstützen.
In Argentinien beherrschen sie auch die Entschlossenheiten der Prozesse und die Quantität von Personal, die sie andeuten. Trotz der Tatsache, daß sie aus wissenschaftlichen Studien von Prozessen und Zeiten, die die Arbeitsbedingungen und die Sicherheit verbessern, getragen werden können, dem Gewerkschaftsleiter, den sie das Imperium haben, sich dafür zu entscheiden.
Ihr pädagogisches Niveau ist vom niedrigsten, Grund, warum sie nicht berechtigt werden können, die Unterschiede unter Prozessen, Wissen, zu verstehen, die sich von Ressourcen handhaben, statistisch, und so weiter
Ihnen wird der Eingang dieses Wegpersonales, der irgendwie an ihren Parolen kleben sollte, zugeschrieben, dies ist im Staat besonders bestimmt, wo sie Positionen diesen Weg beherrschen.
Weder in Argentinien macht der Gewerkschaftsleiter verschworene Erklärungen des Einkommens. Sie sind einer
von den häuslichen privilegierten Mächten, gleichwertig zu den Priestern, die nie inhaftiert werden können. Die Domäne des Systemes der Gesundheit von Hand von ihnen es erleichtert ihnen eine Quelle von bleibendem Geld, das gut ist, ihre eigene Macht dann beizubehalten, und daß von der politischen Partei, von wo sie entstanden,: der Peronismo.
Die Arbeit war, die Perón mit den Gewerkschaften ausführte, daß, die linken Gewerkschaften allmählich auszuschließen und den Peronist-Gewerkschaften die Mitglieder zu reichen. Von da an haben wir sie das Beherrschen der Arbeitsumgebung.
Die Gewerkschaften werden zum Einkommen und den Überschüssen der Firmen assoziiert. In diesem Sinn eine kann bestätigen, daß wenn die Generatoren der Güter, war keine Manager das allein sie Einkommen fördern, die Gewerkschaften wären nicht notwendig.
Lassen Sie uns die arbeitenden Genossenschaften als Beispiel nehmen. Weil der Umriß von Zusammenarbeit ist und es keinen Eigentümer gibt, den ich Gewerkschaft für welchen Grund brauche?
Wenn das System produktives Rattan zu einem nahen mitarbeitenderen Umriß zu den produktiven Prozessen und nicht zum Einkommen nimmt jede Person eine Stelle für die Produktion ein. Welcher ist die Stelle der Gewerkschaften? Es gibt, setzen Sie nicht.
Andererseits, die aktuelle Technologie, mit einer geeigneten Entschlossenheit der Bedingungen in daß Güter stattfinden, werden sie sich wie von die wirklichen Bedürfnisse der Leute für einen Umriß erwärmen, wo die Politiker Sinn nicht einmal machen, weniger immer noch der Gewerkschaftsleiter.
Die Technologie hat schneller als die gesellschaftlichen Änderungen fortgeschritten, die Gesetze, die Gewohnheiten, aber sobald sich die gesellschaftliche Sache an eine mehr zivilisierte Gesellschaft anpaßt, werden sie keine Gewerkschaft nicht politisch verlangt werden.

Als Beispiel von Gewerkschaften und ihren Überschüssen, die ich zeige, daß jene von Luz's Gewerkschaft und Macht, die zu einer politischen Partei assoziiert sind,: Peronist. Dies ist eine in Verbindung mit Arbeitern der Elektrizität im Staat gebrachte Gewerkschaft.
