Si se hace conocer que el gobierno actual ha incurrido en delitos que implican 10000 millones de dólares, no es suficiente motivo para considerar que eso genera muerte social en forma directa?
Increíblemente los organismos de derechos humanos solo ven el aspecto de las desapariciones de personas , torturas, etc, en el proceso militar, pero nunca opinan o intervienen en casos de corrupción política que tienen efectos similares aunque no sean tan efectistas.
Bueno, ahora se acaba de conocer un caso de enorme corrupción dentro de un organismo de derechos humanos, con lo cual cierra perfectamente este comentario. El caso de la institución manejada por Hebe de Bonafini.
Esto me hace acordar al paralelo que hay entre los derechos de las personas discapacitadas , o por cuestiones de raza, etc, que son consideradas por esas pseudinstituciones creadas por los políticos como : INADI, secretaria de derechos humanos, defensoria del pueblo, etc...
Las personas que concurren a estas instituciones por casos de discrecionalidad politica en la administración del estado, son tratadas como alterados, ilusos que pretenden modificar algo ya establecido, o se actúa con ambiguedades que terminan haciendo pasar el tiempo y las acciones se transforman en algo así como el Proceso de Kafka.
Y la Justicia? el poder judicial donde está? o es cómplice de esta corrupción política , efectuada por el estado , en cuyo caso, al ser otro ente del estado está asociado en esa acción , siendo también condenable.
Los actos como consecuencia de la corrupción, que atenten contra la integridad y la salud física de las comunidades que permanecen en el atraso y que no logran acceder a la satisfacción de las necesidades básicas a las que tendrían derecho si los recursos disponibles se destinaran de la manera correcta. Son “actos inhumanos de gravedad similar a otros crímenes contra la humanidad”.
La falta de un apropiado acceso a los servicios de salud, la carencia de agua potable o de servicios públicos, el analfabetismo, la indigencia o vivir por debajo de la línea de pobreza como consecuencia del robo sistemático de recursos es un crimen de lesa humanidad.
Las principales conclusiones del Barómetro 2010 son:
En todo el mundo, se percibe que los niveles de corrupción han aumentado en los últimos tres años.
o Casi seis de cada diez personas informan de que los niveles de corrupción de su pais han
aumentado a través de los años.
El aumento más importante es el percibido por los encuestados de América del Norte y la Unión Europea+4.
Los partidos políticos son señalados como la institución más corrupta en todas partes del mundo. Ocho de cada diez personas consideran a los partidos políticos como corruptos o extremadamente corruptos. Por detrás de ellos se encuentran el funcionariado, el poder judicial,
el congreso/policía y la policía.

Is political corruption, equivalent to hurt humanity's crime?
Clear, because our politicians are filled the mouth of human rights, of the military ones and their crimes, meanwhile the crimes coming from the politics cause misery, similar social exclusion to the appartheid, infantile malnutrition in the country of the allowances, the "barn of the world."
If one makes know that the current government has incurred in crimes that imply 10000 million dollars, it is not enough I motivate to consider that that generates social death in direct form?
Incredibly the organisms of human rights only look at the aspect of the disappearances of people, tortures, etc, in the military process, but they never say or they intervene in cases of political corruption that have similar goods although they are not so remarkable.
Good, now it has just known a case of enormous corruption inside an organism of human rights, with that which closes this comment perfectly. The case of the institution managed by Hebe of Bonafini.
This makes me agree to the parallel one that there are among the rights of people handicapped, or for questions of race, etc that they are considered by those "institutions" created by the politicians as: INADI, secretary of human rights, ombusdman, etc...
People that converge to these institutions for cases of political outrage in the administration of the state, are treated as altered, dreamer that seek to already modify something established, or you acts with ambiguities that finish making the time happen and the stocks become something like that as the Process of Kafka.
And the Justice? the judiciary where it is? or it is accomplice of this political corruption, made by the state, in which case, to the being another entity of the state is associate in that action, being also condemnable.
The acts like consequence of the corruption that attempt against the integrity and the physical health of the communities that remain in the backwardness and that they are not able to consent to the satisfaction from the basic necessities to those that would be entitled if the available resources were dedicated in the correct way. They are inhuman "acts of similar graveness to other crimes against the humanity."
The lack of an appropriate access to the services of health, the lack of drinking water or of public services, the illiteracy, the poverty or to live below the line of poverty like consequence of the systematic robbery of resources is hurt humanity's crime.

Ist politische Korruption, das Verbrechen von gleichwertiger verletzter Menschheit?
Klar, weil unsere Politiker den Mund der Menschenrechte gefüllt werden, von den Militärischen und ihren Verbrechen, inzwischen bereiten die Verbrechen, die von der Politik kommen, Elend, ähnlichem gesellschaftlichem Ausschluß zum appartheid, kindische Unterernährung im Land von den Beihilfen, der "Scheune der Welt."
Wenn man, das Marken kennen, daß die aktuelle Regierung in Verbrechen erlitten hat, die 10000 Millionen Dollar andeuten, es ist genug nicht, ich motiviere zu betrachten, daß das gesellschaftlichen Tod in direkter Form erzeugt?
Unglaublich schauen die Organismen der Menschenrechte nur den Aspekt des Verschwindens der Leute an, Foltern, und so weiter, im militärischen Prozeß, aber sie sagen nie oder sie greifen in Fälle von politischer Korruption ein, die ähnliche Güter haben, obwohl sie nicht so bemerkenswert sind.
Jetzt gut hat es nur in einem Organismus der Menschenrechte, mit dem, das diese Anmerkung vollkommen schließt, einen Fall von enormer Korruption gewußt. Der Fall der Institution kam von Hebe von Bonafini zurecht.
Dies bringt mich dazu, dem Parallelen zuzustimmen, das es unter den Rechten der Leute gibt, handikapte, oder für Fragen des Rennens, und so weiter, daß sie von jenen "Institutionen" betrachtet werden, die von den Politikern als es geschaffen werden,: INADI, Sekretär der Menschenrechte, ombusdman, und so weiter...
Leute, die in der Verwaltung des Staates zu diesen Institutionen für Fälle politischen Verbrechens konvergieren, werden als geändert behandelt, Träumer begründete, der versucht, etwas schon zu modifizieren, oder Sie Verträge mit Zweideutigkeiten, die aufhören, die Zeit zum Passieren zu finden, und die Aktien werden etwas wie der als der Prozeß von Kafka.
Und die Gerechtigkeit? das Gerichtswesen, wo es ist? oder es ist Komplize dieser politischen Korruption, machte durch den Staat in dem Fall, zum Sein ein weiteres Wesen des Staates ist Kollege in dieser Handlung und ist auch strafbar.
Die Taten mögen Folge von der Korruption, die gegen die Integrität und die physische Gesundheit der Gemeinden versucht, die in der Rückständigkeit bleiben, und daß sie nicht fähig sind, der Genugtuung von den grundlegenden Bedürfnissen zu jenen zuzustimmen, die berechtigt werden würden, wenn die verfügbaren Ressourcen auf die korrekte Weise gewidmet würden. Sie sind unmenschliche "Taten ähnlicher Ernsthaftigkeit zu anderen Verbrechen gegen die Menschheit."
Der Mangel an einem geeigneten Zugang zu den Diensten der Gesundheit, der Mangel an Trinkwasser oder von Staatsdiensten, die Ungelehrtheit, der Armut oder unter der Linie der Armut wie Folge des systematischen Raubes der Ressourcen zu leben wird das Verbrechen von Menschheit geschadet.
Die Hauptaufsummierungen des Barometers 2010 sind:
