City of the future. Die Stadt der Zukunft.

¿Cómo puedo concebir una ciudad del futuro ? Debo hacerlo en base a mis principios económicos que sostengo.

Dicha ciudad debe ser ecológica, de raíz social, de necesidades reales , no ficticias.

El urbanismo

La ciudad tiene pocas calles. Son calles pequeñas para que eventualmente se acerque una máquina por traslado de cosas o reparaciones. Existen muchos árboles porque es un concepto relacionado a la vida, donde la calidad del aire es importante.

No hay automóviles. Ellos se usan solamente en situaciones de emergencia, por ambulancias o funciones de reparación de instalaciones o edificios.

El transporte es público, eléctrico. Se dirige por una calle especial , es silencioso, realiza paradas automáticas, no tiene conductor. Une los centros de producción con la ciudad, y los paseos públicos o entes de actividades sociales.  Su frecuencia de tránsito es regulada por un sistema central de control que ajusta la misma en función  de las necesidades. Así mismo es posible que se reduzca el servicio a un mínimo si las condiciones de la economía lo requieren. Los funcionarios de gobierno usan el transporte público. No pueden usar otro tipo de vehículo.

La legislación se hace desde las viviendas. Las comunicaciones permiten  que todos se conecten a distancia. Las embajadas se han anulado y se reemplazan por comunicaciones.

Las funciones diarias se resuelven en cortas distancias. Los centros de proveeduría, información, centro de salud, etc. Se encuentran a no más de 300 metros de cada vivienda. Así las personas solo deben caminar esa distancia o usar bicicletas públicas.

El silencio es una característica de la ciudad. Las plazas son verdaderos bosques con animales viviendo en ellas.

No existen carteles de propaganda en los edificios. Existe una continuidad visual interesante, que relaja y promueve el pensamiento.

Los sistemas de  residuos cloacales actúan en forma automática. Los líquidos se tratan y hasta se obtiene energía de ellos.

Las construcciones

Las construcciones son bajas. Los edificios sociales no tienen  más de 3 pisos de altura. De esta manera no hay riesgos de accidentes graves. Cualquier persona puede salir por escaleras de emergencia. Todos los edificios cuentan con criterios de aislación térmica en su construcción.

La energía del sol es captada y procesada en forma inteligente.  Un sistema microprocesado comprende la estación en que se encuentra la región y adapta sus funciones a ello.

En momentos que hay aire frío exterior , estando en estación de Verano, el sistema controla la ventilación de las viviendas e inyecta aire frío , ayudando al sistema de control de temperatura. A la vez el sistema renueva el aire de las viviendas en forma automática. No es necesario abrir las ventanas. Solo se exponen los vidrios al exterior para obtener iluminación natural.  Concentradores de luz por fibra óptica llevan sol a locales cerrados. El sistema automático activa los concentradores diariamente para evitar formación de hongos y mantener un interior saludable.

La energía geotérmica solar es parte del diseño general. Los edificios poseen superficies de intercambio de calor con tuberías enterradas a cierta profundidad. El sistema de acondicionamiento general intercambia calor por medio de control  independiente en cada vivienda. Para todas estas funciones el humano no debe intervenir, a menos que sea para mantenimiento de instalaciones.

Comunicaciones

Salud por medio de comunicaciones, diagnósticos.

En la vivienda es posible consultar al médico, desde la computadora. Sensores de traducción de magnitudes le indican el pulso, el nivel respiratorio, del paciente, al médico, que atiende desde su lugar de trabajo. A su vez el médico puede ver en pantalla al paciente y evaluar su estado general. Charlar con el paciente y hacerle preguntas. Solo en caso de dudas o casos serios se lo cita al paciente a un instituto médico.

Los centros de salud poseen enfermeras y dispositivos de adquisición de parámetros, para  realizar análisis de sangre y orina. Los resultados son guardados en forma digital y enviados al médico correspondiente. El paciente solo tiene que llegar al centro médico de su zona , ubicado a no más de 300 metros de su vivienda.

Estudio, trabajo

Las escuelas primarias son de presencia del alumno. Las secundarias y universidades son optativas al respecto: puedes estudiar en tu casa comunicado por videoconferencia o presenciar la clase.

Muchas actividades de trabajo se realizan directamente desde la vivienda. Los trabajos de supervisión o proyectos, se realizan en una computadora en la vivienda.

La domótica

La electrónica se ha puesto al servicio de la persona en la vivienda. Las distintas habitaciones se ajustan a las necesidades de quienes las habitan. El clima, la ventilación, la iluminación, son activadas en forma inteligente, cuando alguien es detectado en la zona.

Las salas de dormir se han impuesto como concepto. Solamente tienen espacio para una cama, pero tienen la ventaja de : ambiente de aire de alta calidad, ambiente insonorizado, tratamiento de humedad ambiente, ventilación automática, tratamiento germicida. Además permite generar ambientes especiales para meditación , predisposición mental para estudiar, concentración , programación mental, etc.

Centros de producción

Los centros de producción se ubican alejados de la ciudad, pero no demasiado. Las producciones son de elementos predefinidos como necesarios. Las  cantidades justas. Todos los procesos productivos tienen como objeto cuidar el medio ambiente. Debido a que numerosos procesos están automatizados, muchas tareas son de mantenimiento. Los ingenieros suelen supervisar las plantas de producción desde sus viviendas, sin necesidad de moverse. El personal operativo es el que tiene que estar indefectiblemente en el lugar.

Debido a que el estado invierte solamente en lo que considera necesario, se han desarrollado las industrias de medicamentos, química, de alimentos en general, de vestimenta. La investigación por parte de personas que trabajan para el estado se vuelca directamente al bien social. En ese sentido los investigadores están haciendo lo que no hacían en el sistema de mercado, donde trabajaban  para las empresas que los auspiciaban, para satisfacer las necesidades de las mismas.

La alimentación se ha  inclinado hacia los vegetales y  la materia biológica  generada en reactores  , el sustituto  de carne de vaca.  El sacrificio animal  ha terminado. 

Un centro de coordinación de procesos dirigido por científicos estudia por medio de software de aplicación,  el manejo de los recursos naturales y los procesos necesarios. Se tiene en cuenta continuamente la cantidad de población, y las necesidades futuras. Se prevé el caso de emergencias naturales, que puedan alterar los procesos y provisión de elementos necesarios.

La energía se toma del sol directamente ,  e indirectamente a través de la corteza terrestre, como elemento de calefacción y refrigeración ( energía geotérmica solar).  La energía del viento es almacenada en embalses construidos para almacenar energía potencial. De esa manera se obtiene reserva de energía disponible para convertir en electricidad en el momento necesario.

El campo ha automatizado sus procesos totalmente. Las máquinas, sustitutivas de los tractores actuales, trabajan con electricidad a través de conductores , cuando el proceso lo permite. En otros casos , tractores movidos con celdas de combustible  basadas en Hidrógeno  se utilizan.

Los procesos de los campos se supervisan desde una central activando procesos, deteniendo y cambiando máquinas. No hay presencia humana en los campos en esas actividades.  

Viajes

El concepto de viajes ha cambiado. Al desaparecer la inducción a moverse a todos los lugares en el menor tiempo posible ( no hay aviones o son escasos, no hay tren de alta velocidad, no hay automóviles de uso masivo) , los paseos se realizan en transporte público o existen muchos más encuentros locales por zonas. Las personas pueden moverse a unos 300 metros como máximo para encontrar centros de recreación, de servicios sanitarios , exposiciones, etc. Aunque los viajes existen, son programados con mucho tiempo y no es posible disponer de medios para ello cuando se lo desea.

Una economía social

Todos estos logros , que contemplan el planeta, la ecología, se piensan en función de una democracia que ha invertido en la captación de las cadenas de producción , dejando de lado el sistema de mercado actual. Tampoco es un sistema de izquierda tradicional. Son sistemas informáticos y asistencia científica los que deciden el manejo de recursos. Los diputados y senadores están solamente para algunas correcciones o renovaciones en el tiempo que sean necesarias. Los políticos no inciden directamente en los procesos económicos, Tampoco los empresarios. El comercio se ha reducido a lo necesario, previa definición de ello. El comercio exterior, ha desaparecido prácticamente. Solo se restringe a bienes necesarios de intercambio.

City of the future. 
How can I conceive a city of the future? I should make it based on my economic principles that I sustain.
This city should be ecological, of social root, of real necessities, not fictitious.

The urbanism
The city has few streets. They are small streets so that possibly it comes closer a machine for transfer of things or repairs. Many trees exist because it is a concept related to the life, where the quality of the air is important.
There are not automobiles. They are only used in emergency situations, for ambulances or functions of repair of facilities or buildings.
The transport is public, electric. It goes for a special street, it is silent, it carries out automatic locking, it doesn't have driver. It unites the production centers with the city, and the public walks or entities of social activities.  Their traffic frequency is regulated by a central system of control that adjusts the same one in function of the necessities. Likewise it is possible that it decreases the service to a minimum if the conditions of the economy require it. Government's officials use the public transportation. They cannot use another vehicle type.
The legislation is made from the housings. The communications allow that all are connected at distance. The embassies have been annulled and they are replaced by communications.
The daily functions are solved in short distances. The provision centers, information, center of health, etc. is to not more than 300 meters of each housing. Alone people should walk this way that distance or to use public bicycles.
The silence is a characteristic of the city. The squares are true forests with animals living in them.
Propaganda posters don't exist in the buildings. An interesting visual continuity exists that it relaxes and it promotes the thought.


Sewage system automatically acts. The liquids are and until energy of them it is obtained.
The constructions

The constructions are low. The social buildings don't have more than 3 floors of height. This way there are not risks of serious accidents. Any person can leave for emergency stairways. All the buildings have approaches of thermal insulation in their construction.
The energy of the sun is captured and processed in intelligent form.  A system based on microprocessor understands the station in that  is the region and it adapts its functions to it.
In moments that there is external cold air, being in station of Summer, the system controls the ventilation of the housings and it injects cold air, helping to the system of control of temperature. At the same time the system renovates the air of the housings in automatic form. It is not necessary to open the windows. Alone the glasses are exposed to the exterior to obtain natural illumination.  Devices  concentrate  light for fiber optic takes sun to closed local. The  automatic system acts  daily on the devices to  avoid formation of mushrooms and to maintain a healthy interior.


The solar geothermal energy is part of the general design. The buildings possess surfaces of exchange of heat with pipes buried to certain depth. The system of general conditioning exchanges heat by means of independent control in each housing. For all these functions the human should not intervene, unless it is for maintenance of installations.
Communications
Health by means of communications, diagnoses.
In the housing it is possible to consult to the doctor, from the computer. Sensors of translation of physiologic parameters indicate him the pulse, the breathing level, of the patient, to the doctor that assists from their working place. In turn the doctor can see the patient on screen and to evaluate his general state. To talk with the patient and to make him asks. Alone in the event of doubts or serious cases it makes an appointment it to the patient to a medical institute.
The centers of health possess nurses and devices of acquisition of parameters, to carry out blood test and urinalysis. The results are kept in digital form and correspondents to the corresponding doctor. The alone patient has to arrive to the medical center of her area, located to not more than 300 meters of her housing.
The study, work
The primary schools require the student's presence. The secondary and universities are optional in this respect:  you can study in your house communicated by videoconference or to witness the class.
Many working activities are carried out directly from the housing. The supervision works or projects, are carried out in a computer in the housing.

The automation of the housing
The electronics has put on to the person's service in the housing. The different rooms are adjusted to the necessities of who  inhabit them. The climate, the ventilation, the illumination, they are activated in intelligent form, when somebody is detected in the area.

The rooms of falling asleep have imposed as concept. They only have space for a bed, but they have the advantage of:  set of air of high quality, soundproofed atmosphere, treatment of ambient humidity, automatic ventilation, germicidal treatment. It also allows to generate special atmospheres for meditation, mental bias to study, concentration, mental programming, etc.


Production centers
The production centers are located far from the city, but not too much. The productions are of default elements as necessary. The fair quantities. All the productive processes have like object to take care of the environment. Because numerous processes automated, many tasks are they are of maintenance. The engineers usually supervise the production plants from their housings, without necessity of moving. The operative personnel is the one that has to be unfailingly in the place.
Because the state only invests in what considers necessary, the industries of medications have been developed, chemistry, of allowances in general, of gear. The investigation on the part of people that work for the state is overturned directly to the very social one. In that sense the investigators are making what didn't make in the market system, where they worked for the companies that favored them, to satisfy the necessities of the same ones.
The feeding has leaned toward the vegetables and the biological matter generated in reactors, the substitute of cow meat.  The animal sacrifice has finished.
A center of coordination of processes directed by scientists studies by means of application software, the handling of the natural resources and the necessary processes. One keeps continually in mind the quantity of population, and the future necessities. The case of natural emergencies has been foreseen that can alter the processes and provision of necessary elements.
The energy you taking of the sun directly, and indirectly through the terrestrial bark, as heating element and refrigeration (solar geothermal energy).  The energy of the wind is stored in built reservoirs to store potential energy. In that way reservation of available energy is obtained to transform into electricity in the necessary moment.
The field has automated its processes totally. The machines, substitute of the current tractors, they work with electricity through drivers, when the process allows it. In other cases, tractors moved with cells of fuel based on Hydrogen are used.
The processes of the fields are supervised from a power station activating processes, stopping and changing machines. There is not human presence in the fields in those activities.

Travel

The concept of trips has changed. When disappearing the induction to move to all the places in the smallest possible time (there are not airplanes or they are scarce, there is not high-speed train, there are not automobiles of massive use), the walks are carried out in public transportation or many exist more local encounters for areas. People can move to about 300 meters like maximum to find recreation centers, of sanitary services, exhibitions, etc. Although the trips exist, they are programmed with a lot of time and it is not possible to have means for it when anyone wants it.


A social economy
All these achievements that contemplate the planet, the ecology, they are thought of function of a democracy that has invested in the reception of the production chains, leaving aside the system of current market. Neither it is a system of traditional left. They are computer systems and scientific attendance those that decide the handling of resources. The deputies and senators are only for some corrections or renovations in the time that  are necessary. The politicians don't impact directly in the economic processes, Neither the managers. The trade has decreased to the necessary, previous definition of it. The foreign commerce, it has disappeared practically. Alone it is restricted to necessary goods of exchange.
