El cambio hacia una
economía diferente
Algo que no se dice, que muchos políticos saben , otros
ignoran puesto que no está entre sus intereses, es que es posible generar un
estado de bienestar que resuelva muchos problemas de una sola vez.
El problema de la satisfacción general de necesidades ciudadanas
El problema del medio ambiente
El cuidado de los recursos naturales
El problema de la superpoblación en el mundo
La determinación clara de las necesidades reales y de las ficticias
La determinación de un camino de trascendencia para el
hombre, no el determinado por los productos del sistema de mercado de alta
energía.
Eliminación de actividades nocivas, destinadas a la
especulación y al control social ( bancos, finanzas).
El cambio comienza con el destino diferente de los recursos
del estado. El estado ahora destina todos los recursos posibles a la economía
vigente de alta energía. Se ha dado
prioridad al particular como generador de bienes y actividad , permitiendo esa
actividad que ha generado distorsiones, contaminación, generación de
necesidades irreales.
El principio consiste en invertir en recursos naturales ,
energía y tecnología de no muy alto alcance.
Al captar recursos
naturales , campos fértiles, o zonas
donde hay saltos de energía, o reservas de energía, el estado está captando las
bases de la economía.
Aún cuando lo haga en pequeña escala, ya que será un proceso
de largo tiempo, cada parte que capte le servirá para iniciar procesos
económicos auténticos, originales, propios, que nadie interferirá. Al ser el estado el que debe generar las
condiciones de satisfacción general, es solo cuestión de planificar para
obtener ocupación permanente y lograr un bienestar general.
Al ser dueño de la producción el estado puede planificar actividades
, controlar cuanto producir, qué producir. Es una consecuencia directa la disminución del costo de los productos debido
a que el estado no obtiene ganancias, además lo libra de impuestos y si posee
toda la cadena de producción de un producto, esos beneficios se aplican a toda la cadena de procesos, por lo que un

Medidas para bajar la energía sin cambiar los hábitos
necesarios
Para bajar la energía,
se requiere eliminar el automóvil , porque es una necesidad inventada la de
tener vehículo propio para todo. Se debe instalar sistema de transporte público

Se debe incentivar el uso de comunicaciones para evitar
desplazamientos. Es posible: educar a distancia, trabajar a distancia,
controlar procesos a distancia, debatir a distancia evitando los congresos de
diputados y senadores, que en Argentina, son centro de gastos enormes y de
excesos que son posibles por la distancia entre los representados y los
representantes.
Se deben eliminar las embajadas, ya no tienen sentido. Se
hacen contactos por comunicaciones.
Los viajes a larga distancia se deben anular. Los aviones
tienen una fundamentación para volar, que es el placer. Se incentiva el placer
de viajar como una meta necesaria y trascendente.
Los diseños arquitectónicos, deben tener una base en el
estudio de la energía. De esa manera se logra bajar la energía necesaria para
refrigeración y calefacción.

It is a direct consequence the decrease of the cost of the products because the state doesn't obtain earnings, it also liberates it of taxes and if it possesses the whole chain of production of a product, those benefits are applied to the whole chain of processes, for that that a product like the bread, will diminish its price drastically.

Measures to lower the energy without changing the necessary habits
