Incidence of the gain in the cost of the products.

Pr= (K1. i1+ K1.i2+....+kc1C1+kc2C2+.......).b donde b>1

i1= (a1.I1+a2.I2+....+an.In).b1 donde b1 >1 y determina la ganancia.

Pr= { ( K1.(Sumat(a1i. I1i)b1) + K2 (Sumat(a2i.I2i)b2+.......}

Pr= b.(b(A+B+C+.....))
finalmente
Pr= b.b (A+B+C+....)

Incidence of the gain in cost of products.

The cost analysis of a product can be estimated by considering the sums of necessary inputs , energy, machinery depreciation costs, depreciation of buildings, the salary of employees. For the entrepreneur the salary is a cost. Tax value are cost too. Finally add a benefit which is a percentage of total represented by a value k, where k>1 and its value in excess of 1 depends on the characteristics of the product.
The cost of a product can be represented by

Pr= (K1. i1+ K1.i2+....+kc1C1+kc2C2+.......).b donde b>1

Where b>1
ii are the various inputs of the product. While the Ci are the costs of depreciation, buildings, equipment, salaries, etc.
Note that b is added that the company made in the concept of “ profit”. This is critical as the gain is the excess of a product that is free from the actual costs. This small excess , added in many products , and quantity of the same product, which creates another dangerous phenomenon, That excess will surely give to the finance, banking credit and variants of these.
It is the result of the accumulation of resources in the economic system.
Consider now the input i1, which in turn is a product. That way the product has similar considerations we are analyzing.
i1= (a1.I1+a2.I2+....+an.In).b1
where b1>1 and determines the gain.
If we now replace this expression in the Pr, will be

Pr= { ( K1.(Sumat(a1i. I1i)b1) + K2 (Sumat(a2i.I2i)b2+.......}

As can be seen, the terms begins to get complicated because the incidence of the new levels of cost.
However , I will take the expression to lowest terms to visualize the impact of the gain of each component in the final product cost Pr.

Calling the terms of the sum , A, B, C, D, etc. the expression is:

Pr= b{A.b1+B.b2+C.b3+.....} , where we can see that the coefficients highlights added by “profit”.
The values of the coefficients b are greater than 1, variable according to the characteristic of the product . However, one can assume that all are equal to evaluate the expression of the final price.
By this consideration the expression is :

Pr= b.(b(A+B+C+.....))

Finally

Pr= b.b (A+B+C+....)
It can be observed that the incidence of the gain of all components of the product are represented by the coefficient b squared.

Consider a numerical example.
If b : 1,2 and Pr = 500, the original value without earnings would be 500/ (1,2.1,2)=347,2222.
The difference is given by 500-347,2222= 152,77777
What is (152,777/347,2222).100= 44% of excess over the actual value (347,2222)
For different values of b , the excess changes. For b =1,1 the excess is: 72,9964/347,2222 and represents about 21%.
And b = 1,3 the excess is 239,48 which represents 69% of the actual original price.
It is important to note that in a planned system that don’t take in account the gain , considered an excess of the economic system, the real costs would be lower , as the first result.
The other is that the absence of excess or profit , it takes away the intermediate institutions that manage earnings: the banks.
The technique of generating virtual goods causes harmful institutions act by altering the real production scheme.
Banks lend excess or profit received from a particular generating debt on the one hand and on the other hand increased accumulation for who gave their money to the bank.
In a planned system , this excess don’t exist and therefore there are no resource generation agents without production.
Also is verified a decrease of the production cost of products due to the low or waiver total taxes in a planned scheme.
This detail can be taken in account in the above mathematical expression where some decrease in value terms.
