Cómo comunicarse con la OIT??. How to have communication with the ILO?.Wie Kommunikation mit dem ILO zu haben?

He procurado tener contacto con las autoridades de la OIT , por correo electrónico, como está previsto en esa institución. Me he dirigido a las autoridades de América Latina , como a la sede central en Suiza. Lo he hecho en varias oportunidades, nunca tuve respuesta.
Tal vez es un mecanismo por el cual solo se comunican a los paises con sus representantes, pero me pregunto: qué sucede cuando los representantes viene de un partido populista o fascista que ha captado el poder legal en el tema del trabajo, manejando los sindicatos y operando sus obras sociales, lo que les posibilita mucho dinero para financiarse.
En Argentina esto ha llegado a un extremo tal que el sindicalista de moda en estos momentos , quiere ser presidente, pese a estar investigado en varias causas. Por supuesto que obedece a un partido politico que se apropió de los trabajadores, el partido Peronista.





I have tried to have contact with the authorities of the ILO, by mail electronic, like it is foreseen in that institution. I have gone to the authorities of Latin America, like to the central headquarters in Switzerland. I have made it in several opportunities, I never had answer.
Perhaps it is a mechanism for the one which alone they communicate to the countries with their representatives, but I wonder: what it happens when the representatives come from a populist or Fascist party that has captured the power of attorney in the topic of the work, managing the unions and operating their social works, what facilitates them a lot of money to be financed.
In Argentina this has arrived to a such end that the union leader in fashion in these moments, he wants to be president, in spite of being investigated in several causes. Of course that it obeys a political party that appropriated of the workers, the Peronist party.
