Observando las distintas manifestaciones de
los ciudadanos en distintos lugares del mundo, respecto al clima y las
consecuencias en el planeta de la acción del sistema económico del alta energía
que ya nadie niega, puedo comprobar que no solo son puntuales, sino totalmente
inofensivas.
Los representantes del sistema económico deben
estar muy satisfechos con el alcance de esas protestas, realmente
intrascendentes.
Acaso disminuir el consumo eléctrico por una
hora, una vez al año incide en algo? Es útil para cambiar la mentalidad de la
clase política, los representantes de las democracias?
Medidas concretas contra el cambio climático
Reconocer las necesidades reales.
En ese sentido , necesidades impuestas hacen que las mismas personas que
hacen protestas ingenuas, participen del sistema , usando automóvil, usando
aviones, comprando elementos propuestos por el sistema, etc.
Evitar el uso del automóvil.
Claramente he expuesto que el transporte público automático, sin
conductor es la solución, con un método de control que regula la frecuencia de
desplazamiento de las unidades de transporte.
Las ventajas son inmensas en ese sentido: mejora calidad del aire,
urbanismo, elimina accidentes, ahorra recursos, evita contaminación general,
etc.
Evitar el uso de avión.
El avión ( más de 90000 vuelos diarios en el mundo), contribuye a
alterar el clima, y las razones para su uso son básicamente: placer.
El sistema ha impuesto una pseudonecesidad del conocimiento de otros
lugares, con la idea de que un contacto directo permite modificarnos
internamente, que es fundamental para la existencia. La realidad es que hay
formas de tener contacto con lugares alejados, hablar con personas, ver lugares
en detalle, acceder a la cultura, etc. con mínimo desplazamiento.
El avión está asociado al sistema de hostelería, la infraestructura del
transporte, que en conjunto representan un gran aporte de energía , elementos
nocivos y uso de recursos naturales, en el mundo.
Evitar trenes de alta velocidad.
Esta es otra variante de las imposiciones psicológicas hacia las
personas. La posibilidad de llegar a un punto geográfico en corto lapso y
retornar al lugar de partida , también en forma rápida, hacen pensar en una
nueva dimensión existencial, algo así como la máquina transbordadora que nos
lleva mágicamente a cualquier punto en tiempo cero.
La realidad es que nada cambia con esos viajes rápidos. Se estimula a
consumir más y ser un elemento más del sistema, apreciando las
cosas por su valor sensible, por las apariencias y los colores, por el acceso a
variantes de funciones normales, realizadas en un medio diferente. Es pura
imposición publicitaria.
Negarse a estos elementos contribuye a alterar el sistema de alta
energía.
Evitar elementos de obsolescencia programada.
Es sabido que las industrias tienen criterios de producción tales que el
producto tiene una vida útil corta , obligando a adquirir otro producto igual
en corto lapso. Este exceso , incurre en el uso de recursos naturales, energía,
contamina, etc. sin que los estados se den por aludidos por esto. Claramente
los estados, que son representantes del pueblo, no actúan ni siquiera para
regular las producciones de los particulares.
Votar a candidatos que adhieran por escrito a estos conceptos.
La única manera de lograr una democracia representativa, es que los que
acceden al poder tengan un compromiso con los problemas concretos. Proponer una
serie de condiciones que un candidato debe cumplir para ser factible de
votación. Si los compromisos no son por escrito es difícil que los cumplan.
Mientras las protestas vayan por un lado y los políticos que dicen
representar a la gente, lo hagan por otro, esto no puede cambiar.
El mismo estado tiene que planificar para lograr una satisfacción de
necesidades reales con mínima incidencia en el ambiente.

razones. Es posible recibir asistencia médica desde la computadora del hogar ,
con los elementos adecuados, que deben implementarse desde el concepto de
necesidad social más que de intereses empresarios. La aplicación masiva de las
comunicaciones digitales puede , junto con el transporte público, revolucionar
el urbanismo, definiendo nuevos espacios libres, atmósfera más limpia, baja la
energía necesaria y en consecuencia actúa sobre el sistema biológico del
planeta. Se deberían instalar centros de provisión de necesidades a corta
distancia, evitando el innecesario desplazamiento de las personas en máquinas.
La sustitución de energía fósil por energía limpia.
Se pretende reemplazar la energía fósil por energía alternativa, pero en
iguales cantidades. El error consiste en querer captar igual energía, con todas
las dificultades que ello implica, por medio del viento, del sol, de la capa
terrestre, o energía del mar, etc.
De alguna manera captar enormes cantidades de energía de ese modo nos
dicen que el sistema biológico en sí , nos está indicando que lo que puede
proveer de forma natural es mucho menos de lo que usamos habitualmente. La
energía química del combustible fósil es alta en relación a sus equivalentes en
energía limpia. También podemos asumir que la energía fósil proviene de
acumulación de millones de años , no es de generación espontánea. Por ello ,
tal vez la lección sería que se debería usar en forma racional, no
indiscriminada para no alterar ese equilibrio o del ambiente.
El uso de algo que implicó millones de años de formación en corto lapso,
provocaría efectos como los que vemos ahora. En cambio lo poco que se pueda
extraer de la energía pura o limpia, nos permite actuar sobre nuestras
necesidades reales , no sobre las impuestas, por lo cual introducimos
racionalidad en el sistema.
Otro error u horror es el de la
energía nuclear. Capaz de generar mucha más energía que la fósil, pero con
consecuencias que superan cientos de años , con rastros de radiactividad hasta
de miles de años. Accidentes como los de Chernobyl o Fukushima nos llevan a
reflexionar. El hombre no puede resolverlos efectivamente. Es necesario
colaboración internacional para actuar en estos casos. Las cientos de toneladas
de agua radiactiva que se tiran al mar diariamente en Fukushima, tendrán
consecuencias no previstas. Hasta ahora no se había llegado a semejante
realidad.
