The composition of the wealth. Die Zusammenstellung des Reichtumes.
Sorprenden los indicadores de riqueza, y como pocas personas, más que millonarias siguen creciendo en ello. La tendencia es pensar que se debe a la gran inteligencia y habilidad de esas personas y no debido a otros factores. Esa idea se afirma a través de los medios de información que promocionan esas hazañas.
El origen de la riqueza.
Cómo se lograba ser rico en la antigüedad? Solamente teniendo esclavos, con guerras y personas que dispongan su energía en beneficio de uno. También dominando el recurso natural.
Pero la persona que trabaja, que tiene una habilidad manual en general nunca puede ser rica.
Ni siquiera genios del pensamiento que han trabajado para la nobleza lo fueron. Debían prestar servicios, pero no llegaban a ser ricos , poderosos.
Avanzando en el tiempo, con la "revolución industrial", aparece un nuevo componente. La energía asociada que permite concentrar esfuerzos sin guerras, ni esclavos. Esa capacidad genera acumulación bajo el concepto de propiedad privada en pocas personas.
Entonces encontramos hombres que trabajan para su sustento y otros que reciben ingresos acumulados que superan holgadamente sus necesidades.
Allí aparece otro elemento. El exceso de recursos acumulados,hace que el propietario derive dineros a bancos y actividades financieras. En consecuencia ahora posee, el elemento que le genera riqueza por medio de la tecnología, y el elemento que le promueve más riqueza por medio de las finanzas.
En cierto momento el sistema trabaja solo para él. Por un lado, empleados se ocupan de la producción, y por el otro especialistas como son los bancos se encargan de sus excesos de recursos.
Si la persona trabaja solo con su esfuerzo obtiene un beneficio kT donde k depende de su capacidad de generar valor agregado, y T es el tiempo.
Si la persona tiene una formación adecuada , su valor de k aumenta en relación al no educado. También si tiene una especialidad deseada.
Pero si tiene herramienta tecnológica a su disposición , ahora su capacidad aumenta enormemente, por disponer de tecnología por un lado y de energía inteligente por el otro.
Ahora la persona genera riqueza a razón de nkT , donde n puede ser un número >> 1 , dependiendo del tipo de actividad.
La combinación de muchas personas generando a nkT , más la acción de bancos y finanzas que hacen crecer los excedentes, genera cada vez más recursos.
Entonces la ecuación queda así:
nk1T+nk2T+...nknT + E1T+E2T+....EnT
Donde las ni entidades de las cuales alguien es propietario le generan una sumatoria de ganancias, más un exceso que la persona no consume y se destina a las finanzas , lo que corresponde a las Ei. Entonces por un lado las entidades generan recursos que a su vez generan excesos que son tomados por las entidades financieras que siguen generando recursos concentrados.
Todo esto si fuese una generación "honesta" en el contexto de un sistema de mercado. Porque sabemos que eso no ocurre, y se generan diversas acciones que permiten que se genere más recursos que los antes indicados. La compra de empresas quebradas, las maniobras destinadas a captar un mercado y ser único proveedor, las coimas a funcionarios del estado ,etc.
Un estado impersonal
Dado que el mecanismo es claro y evidente , en vez de pensar en generar y acumular riqueza pensemos en generar bienes de necesidad real en la cantidad necesaria para los ciudadanos. La única manera de lograr aplicar la tecnología al bien general es que el estado o una entidad similar capte las cadenas de producción.
Debido a la posibilidad de lograr captar la voluntad política para retrasar este proceso o entorpecer la acción del estado que con tecnología aplicada y automatización puede generar bienestar general, he concebido otro mecanismo.
El mecanismo legal puede ser aprobado por legisladores pero debe ser llevado a cabo por científicos y máquinas, de esta manera alejamos la influencia política susceptible de ser comprada por empresas privadas.
Un centro de control coordinador de procesos , estudia los recursos existentes, y la cantidad de necesidades para la población. Por medio de un programa informático , continuamente entrega informes de necesidades de especialidades y cantidad de horas requeridas. Cantidad de energía y de recursos naturales usados , realizando una estrategia para una cantidad de años por delante. El programa es capaz de evaluar alternativas en situaciones extremas de terremotos u otros fenómenos naturales.
El ingreso y egreso de datos es realizado por científicos especialistas en diversas áreas. Estos científicos no son políticos. La evaluación de necesidades e informes los realiza el computador central por lo cual tampoco los científicos pueden estar tentados a modificar los procesos.
Si determinados aspectos deben ser corregidos eventualmente se realiza por una acción política, pero siempre el sistema central dispondrá de mecanismos para indicar si se ha generado una orden no coherente , por lo cual emitirá su alerta inmediatamente , quedando la situación expuesta, en caso que se haya originado por una legislación incorrecta.
El programa contempla el control de la población evitando el crecimiento excesivo. Evidentemente la ecología es central en este esquema.
Ventajas de este sistema.
Acceso a todos los sectores de elementos básicos fundamentales.
El trabajo tenderá a ser cada vez más especializado y técnico pero no facilmente desaparecerá el trabajo manual. Debido al acceso general a la educación es posible que muchos superen el nivel necesario de trabajo intelectual y se generen necesidades en el trabajo manual. En ese caso se deberá bajar el nivel manual en una concepción en la que cada persona actuará en beneficio de sus propias necesidades , o sea, que el trabajo que realizará será el de mantenimiento de su vivienda o entorno cercano.
En este sistema la producción de elementos necesarios en cantidad limitada y con tiempo de duración alto , asegurará una armonía con la naturaleza.
Se corrije las distorsiones del sistema de mercado donde se imponen falsas soluciones a problemas reales. Es el caso del desplazamiento donde transportes automáticos resolverán el tema del desplazamiento evitando los automóviles y la inmensa contaminación y otras graves consecuencias.
A la vez la urbanización rediseñada apoyada en la tecnología digital que permite realizar actividades sin moverse de la vivienda , implementará centros de necesidades ubicados estrategicamente para que las personas se muevan solamente hasta ellos. Esas distancias no deben superar los 300 metros.

Como se ve , en ese artículo , se menciona algo similar a lo que propongo, pero solamente en la óptica del sistema de mercado , que claramente lleva a una situación incoherente , al generar actividades para una sola parte de la población y concentración creciente. Es evidente la ridiculez de esa situación.
De esa manera lo adjunto solo a título comparativo.
