Es interesante pensar en la construcción de la economía actual de mercado. Cuando me interesé en economía me costaba entender algunas cosas.
Los índices, las diferencias de valor de las monedas, la función del banco central, la elección de una moneda como referencia, etc.
Principalmente me preocupaba ese aluvión de índices , moviéndose, con operadores que estaban pendiente de los mismos en todo momento.
Entonces pensaba porqué eran tan difícil entender todo esto.
Cuando me paré en los inicios de la economía todo fue más sencillo.
Un proceso económico implica personas con habilidad, maquinarias, insumos , energía ,etc.
Mientras que el proceso implica una sola persona, es bastante claro. El fabricante elabora en base a conocimientos y costos que debe evaluar. Evidentemente la medida de referencia para fijar el valor de su trabajo en principio ha sido su  necesidad de supervivencia.
El trabajo de un día no puede otorgarle menos que lo que necesita para su subsistencia. Cuando debe mantener a otras personas , ese valor es mayor.

Mientras el trabajo es más  o menos artesanal, nadie puede enriquecerse.
No tienen sentido los índices ni el dinero, porque las cosas se resuelven en base alas necesidades reales de la persona.
Podemos afirmar que estamos frente a una economía auténtica, donde todo es transparente.
Por esa razón no existen esos índices, aún cuando existiese el dinero.

Comienzan los problemas

Cuando comienzan a aparecer las máquinas y los propietarios, aparece el capital. Al aparecer un elemento poderoso en manos de una persona, que le permite generar productos en cantidad. A el valor general o costo de ese producto le agrega un valor de ganancia que es subjetivo. Al haber concentración de productos en manos de una persona, esa ganancia por unidad le otorga cantidades claramente superiores a las de subsistencia.
El problema se manifiesta en que hay un exceso, a esa persona que es dueña de una empresa, que concentra recursos, le sobra dinero.
El exceso de dinero le implica ponerlo en algún lado. La realidad es que ese dinero debería mantener su valor, pero no es la razón de tratar de aumentarlo, sino la posibilidad de hacer más dinero.
Es una posibilidad legal, que le permite seguir acumulando dinero , de manera tal que ahora no es necesario producir para ello, sino solamente dejarlo en la institución correspondiente.

Las entidades especializadas
La primera institución que se encarga de esto es el banco. Pero hay operadores y diversos modos de disponer el dinero. De allí aparecen los especialistas en la especulación. El sentido de la economía se ha desvirtuado.
Los agentes de bolsa, aparecen o aparecían como las estrellas del sistema, siempre hiperactivos , preocupados, vigilando variables y estudiando que sucederá en un sistema virtualmente convertido en un casino. El que mejor adivina más gana, pero no hay una racionalidad del sistema económico en ello.
Es posible de estudiar científicamente este sistema? si no se basa en eventos naturales , como puede ser el movimiento Browniano, o la variación del campo magnético terrestre. Se basa en la capacidad de especulación de algunas personas, para prever movimientos de valores, o situaciones políticas, guerras, etc. que motivan cambios que pueden llevarlo a favorecerse en ese esquema. A su vez , el que invierte siente que está en una lotería más o menos buena, de acuerdo al lugar donde ha invertido.
Solo se puede concebir algo así si se acepta como natural el comportamiento humano de la especulación, la apropiación sin producir, la creación  de oportunidades
La producción es algo concreto, cuestionable en cuanto a quién es el dueño de la herramienta tecnológica, porque el problema es la concentración de recursos que logra de esa manera. A partir de esa aceptación legal, el sistema inicia su proceso de generación de recursos fuera de la producción, con especulación, con la generación de valores ficticios a ciertos bienes , para lograr un beneficio, dejando luego personas con problemas al haber caído en la trampa especulativa. Es el caso de los "globos" , que son construcciones ficticias de valor de algo que realmente no lo tiene. Cuando la realidad se manifiesta queda un sector favorecido con esa especulación , y muchos perjudicados por la misma.

Las bases irracionales del sistema

La posibilidad de producir todo lo que deseo , al costo que deseo.
La posibilidad de poseer herramientas tecnológicas sin limitaciones, siendo que son usadas en beneficio personal o de una minoría, en vez de un beneficio social.
La acumulación debida a la posesión de la herramienta tecnológica. Los excesos se invierten en el sistema financiero , pasando  a ser inductores de energía en el sistema y la generación de todo tipo de bienes innecesarios y especulación.
La mala distribución de los recursos, la generación de bienes ficticios, la utilización de los excesos para controlar otras economías, para inducir a productos innecesarios, etc.
El sistema no contempla el sistema biológico del planeta.
El uso incoherente de dispositivos para cumplir tareas necesarias , como es el caso del automóvil en vez de transporte público.

La Real Academia de las Ciencias Sueca ha concedido este lunes el galardón de Economía correspondiente a 2013 a los estadounidenses Eugene F. Fama, Lars Peter Hansen y Robert J. Shiller "por sus análisis de los precios de los activos". Shiller, tras el Nobel: "Llevará décadas corregir los fallos del sistema financiero".

Un sistema coherente.
Un sistema coherente debería ser aquel que sea comandado por alguien que represente a la ciudadanía. Es evidente que ese ente es el estado. No obstante , el sistema puede ser comandado por científicos en el estado, para evitar manejos políticos.
Un sistema que usa la tecnología, automática, etc. en la generación de bienes necesarios con sentido social, producirá solamente lo necesario en la cantidad planificada.
Debido a que no tiene excesos ( lo que sobra de las ventas de los productos) , no se usa dinero en inversiones financieras, las que realmente desaparecen, como así los bancos , no tienen sentido.
Las necesidades son estimadas y se usa el medio más efectivo para satisfacerlas. Si la necesidad es desplazamiento se usa transporte público automático. Si se diseñan viviendas se utilizan diseños basados en energía, que impiden las pérdidas en exceso a través de paredes, techos, puertas  y ventanas.
Las comunicaciones digitales se usan intensamente en reemplazo del desplazamiento. Se estudia, legisla, supervisión de trabajos,
EL diseño urbano cambia notablemente a favor del medio ambiente y los mismos humanos. La calidad del aire, los accidentes, el aumento de arbolados, la disminución de la cantidad de calles con hormigón y asfalto en las ciudades, con aumento de superficie libre para arbolados,etc.
El uso de energía limpia permite disminuir los efectos en el ambiente.

La investigación y su respuesta al problema.

Me ha sorprendido la actitud de las ciencias al respecto. El hecho de no exponer las enormes posibilidades sociales del avance tecnológico , es algo que es inadmisible.
Admitir que solamente la iniciativa privada es capaz de resolver los problemas sociales es una falacia. El estado no puede estar separado de este tema. Es central. Las democracias tratan de lograr el bienestar general por medio de sus gobiernos.
Los investigadores pueden actuar de acuerdo al sistema del país al que pertenecen.
En Estados Unidos la investigación se realiza en instituciones privadas en general. En esas universidades las empresas directamente aportan fondos al sector que les interesa , haciendo de mecenas, pero en el fondo están logrando la transferencia de la investigación a sus intereses , y hasta los derechos por eso.
En otros países , como Argentina, la investigación es manejada por el estado, pero las líneas de investigación son propuestas por el mismo estado. Estos temas no aparecen en la investigación, por un lado por el populismo o fascismo que vive el país con el Peronismo.
El Peronismo desea mantener el control de los procesos, dejando que el sistema de mercado trabaje, actuando ellos por medio de los sindicatos, defendiendo a los trabajadores sindicalizados, que no son la mayoría de país. El resto no les interesa.
Los temas a investigar son diversos, pero nunca aparece una propuesta económica que sea manejada por el estado, entre los temas.
De esta manera mantienen las diferencias de clase, sosteniendo la pobreza que es la que los lleva al poder, y a la vez controlando los procesos, definiendo cargos para los amigos, lo que origina situaciones surrealistas.
Es posible ver en una entidad del estado , un técnico o persona con poca formación, ser director de ingenieros que le hacen el trabajo. De esta manera el director no es capaz de realizar el trabajo, y los que lo realizan lo hacen por menor sueldo que el de director.

Claramente es posible imaginar un sistema socioeconómico que se fundamente en la tecnología aplicada al bien general. El estado puede invertir en eso y aplicarlo. La cantidad de estudios de procesos que originaría  sería tal que el sistema del trabajo cambiaría radicalmente.
A la vez la satisfacción general sería el hecho notable. También el cuidado del ambiente, la ecología, el uso de sistemas óptimos para satisfacer necesidades, el diseño correcto, también la eliminación del uso de bancos y finanzas.
En ese sentido, estudiar un sistema con connotaciones sociales es mucho más lógico y científico que un sistema impulsivo, irracional basado en la lucha selvática entre los miembros de la especie humana.

Economic construction.

It is interesting to think of the construction of the current economy of market. When I was interested in economy it cost me to understand some things.
The indexes, the differences of value of the currencies, the function of the central bank, the election of a currency like reference, etc.
Mainly I worried that alluvium of indexes, moving, with operators that were pending of the same ones at every moment.
Then I thought reason they were so difficult to understand all this.
When I stopped in the beginnings of the economy everything it was simpler.
An economic process implies people with ability, machineries, inputs, energy, etc.
While the process implies a single person, it is quite clear. The maker elaborates based on knowledge and costs that it should evaluate. Evidently the reference measure to fix the value of its work in principle has been its necessity of survival.
The work of one day cannot grant him less than what needs for its subsistence. When it should maintain other people, that value is bigger.

While the work is more or less handmade, nobody can get rich.
They don't make sense the indexes neither the money, because the things are solved based on the person's real necessities.
We can affirm that we are in front of an authentic economy, where everything is transparent.
For that reason those indexes don't exist, still when exists the money.

The problems begin

When they begin to appear the machines and the proprietors, the capital appears. When appearing a powerful element in the hands of a person that it allows him to generate products in quantity. To the general value or cost of that product adds him a gain value that is subjective. Due to the concentration of products in a person's hands, that gain for unit grants clearly superior quantities to those of subsistence.
The problem is manifested in that there is an excess, to that person that is owner of a company that concentrates resources,  has money in excessive quantity.
The excess of money implies him to put it in some side. The reality is that that money should maintain its value, but it is not the reason of trying to increase it, but the possibility of making more money.
It is a legal possibility that allows him to continue accumulating money, in a such way that now is not necessary to take place for it, but only to leave it in the corresponding institution.

The specialized entities
The first institution that takes charge of this is the bank. But there are operators and diverse ways of preparing the money. Of there the specialists appear in the speculation. The sense of the economy has gotten lost.
The bag agents, appear or they appeared as the stars of the system, always active, concerned, watching over variables and studying that it will happen in a virtually converted system in a casino. The one that better fortune-teller more desire, but there is not a rationality of the economic system in it.
Is it possible to study this system scientifically? if it is not based on natural events, like it can be the movement Browniano, or the variation of the terrestrial magnetic field. It is based on the capacity of some people's speculation, to foresee movements of securities, or political situations, wars, etc. that  motivate changes that can take it to be favored in that outline. In turn, the one that invests feels that it is more or less in a lottery good, according to the place in which has invested.
Alone one can conceive something like that if it is accepted as natural the human behavior of the speculation, the appropriation without taking place, the creation of opportunities
The production is something concrete, questionable as for who the owner of the technological tool is, because the problem is the concentration of resources that achieves in that way. Starting from that legal acceptance, the system begins its process of generation of resources outside of the production, with speculation, with the generation of fictitious securities to certain goods, to achieve a benefit, leaving people then with problems to the book credit fallen in the speculative trap. It is the case of the "globes" that  are fictitious constructions of value of something that doesn't really have it. When the reality is manifested it is a favored sector with that speculation, and many harmed by the same one.

The irrational bases of the system
The possibility to produce all that I want, at the cost that I want.
The possibility to possess technological tools without limitations, being that they are used in personal benefit or of a minority, instead of a social benefit.
The due accumulation to the possession of the technological tool. The excesses are invested in the financial system, becoming energy abettors in the system and the generation of all type of unnecessary goods and speculation.
The bad distribution of the resources, the generation of fictitious goods, the use of the excesses to control other economies, to induce to unnecessary products, etc.
The system doesn't contemplate the biological system of the planet.
The incoherent use of devices to complete necessary tasks, like it is the case of the automobile instead of public transportation.

The Real Academy of the Swedish Sciences has granted this Monday the reward of Economy corresponding to 2013 to the American Eugene F. Fame, Lars Peter Hansen and Robert J. Shiller "for their analyses of the prices of the assets." Shiller, after the Nobel:  It will "take decades to correct the shortcomings of the financial" system.

A coherent system.
A coherent system should be that that is commanded by somebody that represents to the citizenship. It is evident that that entity is the state. Nevertheless, the system can be commanded for scientific in the state, to avoid political handlings.
A system that uses the technology, automatic, etc. in the generation of necessary goods with social sense, will only produce the necessary thing in the planned quantity.
Because it does no have excesses (the gain of the sales of the products), money is not used in financial investments, those that disappear really, like this way the banks, don't make sense.
The necessities are evaluated and the most effective means is used to satisfy them. If the necessity is displacement automatic public transportation it is used. If housings are designed designs they are used based on energy that  impede the losses in excess through walls, roofs, doors and windows.
The digital communications are used intensely in substitution of the displacement. It is studied, it legislates, supervision of works,
The urban design changes notably in favor of the environment and the same humans. The quality of the air, the accidents, the increase of tree-lined, the decrease of the quantity of streets with concrete and asphalt in the cities, with increase of free surface for tree-lined, etc.
The use of clean energy allows to diminish the goods in the atmosphere.

The investigation and their answer to the problem.

The attitude of the sciences has surprised me in this respect. The fact of not exposing the enormous social possibilities of the technological advance, is something that is inadmissible.
To admit that only the private initiative is able to solve the social problems is a fallacy. The state cannot be separated from this topic. It is central. The democracies try to achieve the general well-being by means of their governments.
The investigators can act according to the domestic system to which they belong.
In United States the investigation is carried out in institutions deprived in general. In those universities the companies directly contribute funds to the sector that interests them, making of promoters, but in the bottom they are achieving the transfer from the investigation to their interests, and until the rights for that reason.
In other countries, as Argentina, the investigation is managed by the state, but the investigation lines are proposed by the same state. These topics don't appear in the investigation, on one hand for the populism or fascism that the country lives with the Peronismo.
The Peronismo wants to maintain the control of the processes, letting that the market system works, acting them by means of the unions, defending the unionized workers that are not most of country. The rest doesn't interest them.
The topics to investigate are diverse, but it never appears an economic proposal that is managed by the state, among the topics.
This way they maintain the class differences, sustaining the poverty that is the one that takes them to the power, and at the same time controlling the processes, defining positions for the friends, what originates surrealist situations.
It is possible to do in an entity of the state, a technician or person with little formation, to be managing of engineers that make him the work. This way the director is not able to carry out the work, and those that carry out it the they make for smaller salary that that of director.

Clearly it is possible to imagine a socioeconomic system that is based in the applied technology to the general well-being. The state can invest in that and to apply it. The quantity of studies of processes that would originate would be such that the system of the work would radically change.
At the same time the general satisfaction would be the remarkable fact. Also the care of the atmosphere, the ecology, the use of good systems to satisfy necessities, the correct design, also the elimination of the use of banks and finances.
In that sense, to study a system with social connotations is much more logical and more scientific that an impulsive, irrational system based on the wild fight among the members of the human species.
