Wieviel mißt es die Energie des Wohlfahrtsstaates?
Recientemente he leído sobre el canal de Panamá y sobre el proyecto de realizar otro de mayores dimensiones con igual objetivo en Nicaragua.
Si imaginamos un sensor que mide la energía del sistema económico actual, nada mejor que el canal.
Por un lado se ha dado la situación que el canal de Panamá ha sido recorrido por menos barcos que en otros años. Eso es debido a la crisis del sistema económico mundial.
Esa disminución de caudal implica disminución de energía global. Cada intercambio comercial se fundamenta en productos que requieren procesos, recursos naturales , un tratamiento en base a tecnología con energía.
De alguna manera se podría hacer un paralelo con la disminución de la producción de petróleo en igual período.
La gran cantidad de dinero y sus variantes ubicada en el sistema mundial hace que el mismo sistema se haya ahogado en él.
Es sabido que circula mucho más dinero que el que representan los productos que lo originaron, Esto se debe a que a cada producto se le aplica una ganancia subjetiva, que a su vez se envía total o parcialmente al sistema financiero para seguir haciendo dinero, ya fuera de la producción real.
Mirándolo de otra manera, cada vez que se realiza un producto es posible pensar que haya generación de un valor equivalente en dinero que lo represente. Pero cuando ese dinero supera las necesidades del poseedor, por la acumulación que permite el sistema de mercado, el dinero hace más dinero, sin generar producción real.
El sistema se ha intoxicado de esta manera en valores, intereses, deudas, etc.
Por supuesto que este análisis muestra lo que pasa. No considero para nada aceptable que este sistema económico se reconstituya como lo conocemos.
Existen varias razones para ello.
Se ha impuesto un esquema de consumo que representa un estado de bienestar que todos tratan de alcanzar, pero cuyos componentes son altamente peligrosos para el planeta.
Se ha permitido que se acumulen recursos basados en el uso de tecnología aplicada a recursos naturales. Entiéndase esto como aplicar amplificadores de potencia a sistemas físicos que generan productos.
No es incorrecta la existencia de esos dispositivos tecnológicos. Lo que es incorrecto es la aplicación desmesurada en manos de particulares que los usan para acumular dinero produciendo elementos de dudosa necesidad.
El sistema financiero y bancario termina siendo un agente inductor de energía aplicada al sistema biológico del planeta. A la vez , toda esa subjetividad de la ganancia termina ahogando el sistema mismo. Digamos que se ha ahogado en su contradicción.
Los políticos en su ímpetu de demostrar que pueden generar "crecimiento" no miden consecuencias. Deberíamos evaluar en forma psicológica a cada político que ocupe un lugar preponderante. Si no tiene una consciencia ecológica y existencial solamente puede generar más caos ambiental y social, cuando piensa que hace lo correcto.
Reemplazar la energía por otra equivalente? O anular necesidades ficticias.
Se notan los esfuerzos mundiales por encontrar fuentes de energía diferente a la del petróleo. Pero se resuelve ciegamente al tratar de mantener el concepto de crecimiento por medio de la generación de productos de dudosa necesidad, y el hecho de no tener en cuenta al planeta como variable central en todo este proceso.
Es necesaria energía para sostener la producción de automóviles? o de aviones. Porque para ello no solo se utilizan recursos y energía de uso de cada uno de estos dispositivos de movilidad, sino la infraestructura que se requiere para que ellos funcionen.
Las carreteras, caminos de montaña, túneles, aeropuertos, fábricas de automóviles y de aviones. Cadena previa de generación de los elementos necesarios: Acero, vidrio, plástico, etc. Tampoco olvidar las embarcaciones , su construcción y energía de funcionamiento. Ellas son parte de la cadena de comercialización de productos como el automóvil y otros tipos de maquinarias.
Pero está correctamente definida la necesidad del hombre?
El desplazamiento ,la posibilidad de movimiento, se ha adoptado como un bien preciado, que no se discute. Es necesario para el bienestar de la persona?
Es un paisaje diferente en mi localidad que a miles de kilómetros? El sol es el mismo y la percepción la misma. Es una idea impuesta. Por definición, todo lo que nos llega al cuerpo estimula un sentido , el sentido correspondiente.
Si el sol llega a la piel, lo hace de igual manera en una latitud que otra. No es otro solo , es el mismo sol. La impresión para la piel es la misma.
Un árbol en mi localidad es tan enigmático en su desarrollo como cualquier árbol en el mundo. Es cierto que hay variedades, cosas que diferencian, pero en qué cambian nuestros conceptos?
El desplazamiento por medios mecánicos, ha sido tratado como un logro, un elemento significativo del desarrollo. Pero la realidad es que la persona tiene necesidades más significativas que quedan ocultas en la maraña de productos que se consumen.
Muchos productos son desarrollados por personas que no tienen una vida ligada al sistema de mercado. Tal vez un desarrollador de software o un ingeniero especialista se dedica más a su especialidad que a "disfrutar" de los productos que el sistema de mercado impone. Entonces cuál es la explicación? son personas desubicadas que no pueden adaptarse al esquema general de hábitos sociales?
La realidad es que los que realmente existen son ellos, en el sentido del desarrollo intelectual, una satisfacción que solo el que lo hace puede explicarlo. El problema es que sus desarrollos son utilizados por quienes tienen una compleja red de comercialización, publicidad, maquinaria, etc, al servicio de la imposición de necesidades.
Las comunicaciones y su función en la economía.
Es evidente que los sistemas de comunicación como los conocemos en la actualidad son una poderosa herramienta que permite conectar personas, sin moverse, sin desplazarse con todos los medios conocidos.
Es posible imaginar : trabajar desde la casa, estudiar desde la casa sin concurrir a las escuelas ( supongo que esto no es conveniente para la escuela inicial), realizar tareas de tipo política, como ser los congresos de diputados. Otra actividad similar permite anular las embajadas, siendo que estos entes son costosos y anacrónicos en su funcionamiento.
De esta manera las comunicaciones están en contraposición con el desplazamiento mecánico.
Constitución de un sistema de bienestar
El sistema de bienestar actual, se constituye de dos tipos de necesidades: las necesidades reales y las necesidades impuestas.
Necesidades reales: alimentación, servicios sanitarios, climatización de los ambientes, medicinas, medios de transporte. Recreación.
Necesidades impuestas:
Viajes. Turismo. Recreación exagerada con niveles referidos al poder adquisitivo del usuario. Desplazamiento ilimitado. Recambio de elementos de uso diario. Recambio de tipo de vestimenta. De igual manera, cantidad de dispositivos de relativa importancia que el sistema re-define continuamente para mantener a la persona en lo último que se usa.
El recambio lo aplica a casi todos los productos que el sistema publicita. A su vez el mismo sistema económico otorga vida corta a los mismos, con el objetivo de sostener la producción, lo que termina siendo un atentado contra el medio ambiente.
La infraestructura necesaria para sostener este esquema es un gran aporte de energía y contaminación al planeta,que no debe olvidarse:
Caminos, construcción y mantenimiento de los mismos. Aeropuertos , construcción.
Barcos , astilleros, energía de funcionamiento,
Sumando coherencia al desarrollo.
No es posible sostener esta situación, en el esquema de mercado adoptado también por los países asiáticos , lo que sumó otro componente para la alteración de los parámetros biológicos del planeta.
La base del esquema económico consiste en utilizar energía aplicada en forma sofisticada para la formación de productos. A su vez esos productos pueden requerir energía de funcionamiento ,lo que agrava el problema.
La manera de hacer coherente el sistema económico consiste en : reconocer las necesidades , las reales de las ficticias.
Reemplazar dispositivos que proveen satisfacción de una necesidad por otros de mayor rendimiento con menor incidencia en el ambiente. ( caso del automóvil por transporte público de alta eficiencia).
Generar nuevos diseños en arquitectura que contemplen la energía, adaptando las viviendas a la cobertura natural de la tierra ( ejemplo: usando energía geotérmica solar en viviendas , o diseñando viviendas semi-enterradas). Eliminar diseños incoherentes como edificios de altura.
Conceptos de salas de funciones específicas, que pueden aislarse para lograr bienestar en sectores pequeños. Caso de las salas de dormir , donde la persona se mantiene quieta muchas horas.
Aplicaciones de sistemas de ventilación inteligentes. De este modo es posible ahorrar energía usando las diferencias de temperaturas convenientes según un sistema que las detecta.
La responsabilidad de los políticos y las "democracias"
Es interesante ver que tanto los políticos de partidos de derecha, como los de izquierda , no miran el aspecto de la energía aplicada por el sistema económico al ambiente. Solo han captado el concepto de crecimiento tradicional.
Entonces no solo es una irresponsabilidad hacia el ambiente sino sobre el sistema social, porque el sistema de mercado aceptado no genera satisfacción general sobre las necesidades reales. Genera necesidades ficticias , acumulación de recursos, producción de bienes innecesarios, etc.
Los de derecha ni siquiera piensan en esto, solamente les llega el mensaje de los ecologistas como indicación. A los de izquierda les interesa redistribuir los beneficios del sistema actual pero no piensan en algo diferente. En muchos casos entiendo que hay ignorancia. En otros simplemente comodidad , por algo aceptado por muchos sin cuestionar..
Este tema no es tratado por los científicos, porque en unos casos los mismos son auspiciados por empresas para sus estudios, las que orientan los objetivos de las investigaciones, que los alejan del problema real.
Por otro caso, hay países donde se generan líneas de investigación desde el estado, no pudiendo salirse de ese esquema, lo que implica esconder nuevamente esta realidad latente ( en Argentina sucede esto , por ejemplo).

Recently I have read on the channel of Panama and on the project of carrying out another of more dimensions with objective equal in Nicaragua.
If we imagine a sensor that measures the energy of the current economic system, anything better than the channel.
On one hand the situation it has been given that the channel of Panama has been traveled by less ships that in other years. That is due to the crisis of the world economic system.
That flow decrease implies decrease of global energy. Each commercial exchange is based in products that require processes, natural resources, a treatment based on technology with energy.
Somehow one could make a parallel one with the decrease of the production of petroleum in same period.
The great quantity of money and their variants located in the world system make that the same system has drowned in him.
It is known that much more money that the one that represent the products that originated it, circulates This is due to that is applied a subjective gain to each product that in turn is sent total or partially to the financial system to continue making money, already outside of the real production.
Looking at it otherwise, every time that is carried out a product is possible to think that there is generation of a value money equivalent that represents it. But when that money overcomes the possessor's necessities, for the accumulation that allows the market system, the money makes more money, without generating real production.
The system has been intoxicated this way in securities, interests, debts, etc.
Of course that this analysis shows what happens. I don't consider for anything acceptable that this economic system is reconstituted as we know it.
Several reasons exist for it.
A consumption outline has been imposed that represents a welfare state that all try to reach, but whose components are highly dangerous for the planet.
It has been allowed them to accumulate resources based on the use of applied technology to natural resources. Understand each other this as applying amplifiers of power to physical systems that generate products.
The politicians in their impulse of demonstrating that they can generate "growth" they don't measure consequences. We should evaluate in psychological form to each politician that occupies a preponderant place. If he doesn't have an ecological and existential conscience it can only generate more environmental and social chaos, when he thinks that makes the correct thing.
To replace the energy for another equivalent one? Or to annul fictitious necessities.
The world efforts are noticed to find energy sources different to that of the petroleum. But it is solved blindly when trying to maintain the concept of growth by means of the generation of products of doubtful necessity, and the fact of not keeping in mind to the planet like central variable in this whole process.
Is necessary energy to sustain the production of automobiles? or of airplanes. Because for it not alone resources and use energy are used of each one of these devices of mobility, but the infrastructure that is required so that they work.
The highways, mountain roads, tunnels, airports, factories of automobiles and of airplanes. Previous chain of generation of the necessary elements: steel, glass, plastic, etc. Neither to forget the crafts, their construction and operation energy. They are part of the chain of commercialization of products like the automobile and other types of machineries.
But is the man's necessity correctly defined?
It is not incorrect the existence of those technological devices. What is incorrect is the limitless application in hands of matters that use them to accumulate money producing elements of doubtful necessity.
The financial and bank system finishes being an agent abettor of applied energy to the biological system of the planet. At the same time, all that subjectivity of the gain finishes drowning the same system. Let us say that it has drowned in their contradiction.
But is the man's necessity correctly defined?
The displacement, the movement possibility, it has been adopted as a very valuable one that you doesn't discuss. Is it necessary for the person's well-being?
Is a different landscape in my town that to thousands of kilometers? The sun is the same one and the perception the same one. It is an imposed idea. By definition, all that we receive to the body stimulates a sense, the corresponding sense.
If the sun arrives to the skin, it makes it in a same way in a latitude that another. It is not other alone, it is the same sun. The impression for the skin is the same one.
A tree in my town is as enigmatic in its development as any tree in the world. Is it certain that there are varieties, things that differ, but in what do they change our concepts?
The displacement for mechanical means, it has been treated as an achievement, a significant element of the development. But the reality is that the person has more significant necessities that are hidden in the tangle of products that you/they waste away.
Many products are developed by people that don't have a bound life to the market system. Perhaps a software developer or a specialist engineer is devoted more to his specialty that to "enjoy" the products that the market system imposes. Then which the explanation is? are bohemian people that cannot adapt to the general outline of social habits?
The reality is that those that really exist are them, in the sense of the intellectual development, a satisfaction that alone the one that makes it can explain to it. The problem is that its developments are used by those who have a complex commercialization net, publicity, machinery, etc, to the service of the imposition of necessities.
The communications and their function in the economy.
It is evident that the communication systems like we know them at the present time they are a powerful tool that allows to connect people, without moving, without moving with all the well-known means.
It is possible to imagine: to work from the house, to study from the house without converging to the schools (I suppose that this is not convenient for the initial school), to carry out tasks of type politics, as being the congresses of deputies. Another similar activity allows to annul the embassies, being that these entities are expensive and anachronic in its operation.
This way the communications are in opposition with the mechanical displacement.
Constitution of a system of well-being
The system of current well-being, is constituted of two types of necessities: the real necessities and the imposed necessities.
Real necessities: feeding, sanitary services, air conditioning of the atmospheres, medicines, means of transport. Recreation.
Imposed necessities:
Travel. Tourism. Exaggerated recreation with levels referred to the user's purchasing power. Limitless displacement. Replacement of elements of use newspaper. Replacement of gear type. In a same way, quantity of devices of relative importance that the system defines continually with some changes to maintain the person in the last thing that is used.
The replacement applies it to almost all the products that the system discloses. In turn the same economic system grants short life to the same ones, with the objective of sustaining the production, what finishes being an attack against the environment.
The necessary infrastructure to sustain this outline is a great energy contribution and contamination to the planet that it should not forget:
Roads, construction and maintenance of the same ones. Airports, construction.
Ships, navy, operation energy,
Adding coherence to the development.

It is not possible to sustain this situation, in the market outline also adopted by the Asian countries, what added another component for the alteration of the biological parameters of the planet.
The base of the economic outline consists on using energy applied in sophisticated form for the formation of products. In turn those products can require operation energy, what increases the problem.
The way to make coherent the economic system consists in: to recognize the necessities, the real of the fictitious ones.
To replace devices that provide satisfaction of a necessity for others of more yield with smaller incidence in the atmosphere. ( case of the automobile for public transportation of high efficiency).
To generate new designs in architecture that you/they contemplate the energy, adapting the housings to the natural covering of the earth (example: using solar geothermal energy in housings, or designing semi-buried housings). To eliminate incoherent designs as buildings of height.
Concepts of rooms of specific functions that can be isolated to achieve well-being in small sectors. Case of the rooms of sleeping, where the person stays still many hours.
Applications of intelligent ventilation systems. This way it is possible to save energy using the differences of convenient temperatures according to a system that detects them.
The responsibility of the politicians and the "democracies"
It is interesting to see that so much the politicians of right parties, as those of left, don't look at the aspect of the energy applied by the economic system to the atmosphere. Alone they have captured the concept of traditional growth.
Then not alone it is an irresponsibility toward the atmosphere but on the social system, because the system of accepted market doesn't generate general satisfaction about the real necessities. It generates fictitious necessities, accumulation of resources, production of unnecessary goods, etc.
Those of right not even think of this, they only receive the message of the environmentalists as indication. To those of left it interests them to redistribute the benefits of the current system but they don't think of something different. In many cases I understand that there is ignorance. In other simply comfort, for something accepted by many without questioning..
This topic is not treated by the scientists, because in some cases the same ones are favored by companies for its studies, those that guide the objectives of the investigations that take them away from the real problem.
For another case, there are countries where investigation lines are generated from the state, not being been able to leave that outline, what implies to hide this latent reality again (in Argentina this happens, for example).
