Imaginé un hipotético pueblo aislado que se desarrolla en el tiempo, su evolución, los actores del sistema, la falta de necesidad de actores presentes en la economía actual.
El pueblo inicia con poca población, dedicada totalmente a actividades de generación de alimentos, agricultura, pesca, etc.
Otras funciones que se definirán luego aparecen informalmente, alguien conoce como curar heridas, otro tiene ideas sobre como realizar una tarea más sencillamente, etc.
Se ve en una segunda etapa la necesidad de dividir el trabajo, para ello un grupo se dedica a producir un tipo de alimentos, agricultores, otro a los animales, otro a la construcción de viviendas comunitarias.
Otras actividades se mantienen informales, pero ya se percibe que deberán definirse formalmente, como la educación o tecnología, los especialistas en salud, la actividad industrial que provea herramientas y mejoras tecnológicas.
Se deja a las personas mayores, que en conjunto adopten la posición de “consejo de ancianos”, un paso previo a la formación de un gobierno.
Con la finalidad de mejorar el intercambio de bienes y la adjudicación de energías a tareas comunes, se define el dinero. Para ello un ente designado distribuirá al conjunto una cantidad de dinero equivalente al necesario para satisfacer las necesidades fundamentales de la persona, para cualquier actor del sistema.
En el caso de las entidades que procesan alimentos o requieren insumos, estos son momentáneamente controlados por el consejo de ancianos, asignando una suma para ellos periódicamente. Se crea un impuesto para los gastos de administración y asignaciones para obras de uso común, caminos, puentes, áreas de salud, etc.
Se designa formalmente las actividades de maestro, primario, secundario. Personal de salud, en la cantidad correspondiente a la cantidad de personas existentes, posibles de ser educadas y posibles de requerir servicios médicos.
En un paso más de evolución, el sistema contempla asignar recursos a las entidades que proveen alimentos, a las entidades que fabrican herramientas y elementos tecnológicos, de manera que ellos se administren con una rendición de cuentas periódica.
El crecimiento vegetativo hace que se requieran en el tiempo más maestros, salud, etc. Ello es graduado convenientemente para generar más cargos, con la emisión de más dinero en paralelo al aumento del crecimiento económico.
Se definen los cargos existentes en el sistema, las áreas y el personal: producción de alimentos, salud, educación, construcción de viviendas, industrias, proceso de alimentos, generación de medicamentos, investigación y desarrollo, sector de recreación, arte.
Como la cantidad de bienes equivale a la cantidad de requerimientos de los habitantes, no hay exceso. Una pequeña parte se ahorra para el tiempo en que la persona no trabajará más, como previsión. El pueblo tomó consciencia que sus recursos no son enormes, por ello limita la explosión demográfica.
También contempla que todo avance tecnológico puede traer inconvenientes al recurso natural y a las personas, por ello legisla sus actividades.
En este esquema se puede ver que no es necesaria la existencia de bancos, de finanzas, o distorsiones de consumo debido a que se contempla la producción en un contexto de racionalidad, previsión de recursos y una economía cerrada.
No siempre será posible vivir en una economía cerrada, pero se puede intercambiar productos bajo una atenta mirada del centro de control social.
Hay profesiones que no tienen cabida en este esquema, como los militares y la policía. Otros como los abogados, contadores, rematadores, etc., no existen o son mínimos.
El aumento de la investigación tecnológica lleva al pueblo a prescindir de muchos trabajos físicos, incorporando tecnología de automatización en la producción de alimentos, que al ser promovida desde el centro de control social, benefician al conjunto. En ese sentido, se definen nuevas funciones en el sistema y se anulan otras avanzando un escalón hacia arriba en el nivel intelectual general.

I imagined a hypothetical isolated town that is developed in the time, their evolution, the actors of the system, the lack of present actors' necessity in the current economy.
The town begins with little population, dedicated totally to activities of generation of allowances, agriculture, fishes, etc.
Other functions that they will be defined then they appear informally, somebody knows as curing wounded, another has ideas on as carrying out a task more simply, etc.

Ich stellte mir eine theoretische isolierte Stadt vor, die in der Zeit entwickelt wird, ihre Evolution, die Schauspieler des Systemes, der Mangel an der Notwendigkeit von gegenwärtigen Schauspielern in der aktuellen Wirtschaft.
Die Stadt fängt mit kleiner Bevölkerung an, die Aktivitäten der Generation der Beihilfen, Landwirtschaft, Fisch und so weiter, vollständig gewidmet wird,
Andere Funktionen daß sie dann definiert werden werden, erscheinen sie inoffiziell, jemand weiß als heilend, verwundete, noch ein hat Ideen darauf als das Ausführen einfacher einer Aufgabe und so weiter
In einer zweiten Phase erscheint die Notwendigkeit davon, die Arbeit zu teilen, dafür wird eine Gruppe Produkten eine Art von Beihilfen, Bauern, noch ein zu den Tieren gewidmet, noch ein zur Gemeindekonstruktion der Unterbringungen.
