Como integrar ciudadanos al sistema económico.

Como se verá , vengo desarrollando distintos artículos relacionados al tema económico, productivo y en este caso me llama la atención la publicación del diario La Nación del 29 de Julio 2011 (http://www.lanacion.com.ar/1393184-como-aumentar-competitivamente-la-ocupacion-en-3000000-de-personas).
Al respecto realizo comentarios y las diferencias con mis propuestas.

Primera observación: no hay que invertir en mis propuestas. En todo caso el estado interviene con parte de los impuestos para generar la reserva base con la que los proyectos comienzan a trabajar. Una vez que intervino no debe volver a hacerlo siendo el nuevo sistema sustentable económicamente.

Segunda observación: No es necesario pensar en exportar, porque en mi propuesta el sistema no depende de ello. Así se rompe la estructura de pensamiento donde el "mercado" es la solución a los problemas. De todas maneras no se descarta exportar pero no es la base del esquema propuesto.
Tercera observación : si no se compite con otros proveedores de lo mismo la productividad está relacionada a los intereses propios del sistema cerrado económico.
Cuarta observación: No es necesario la intervención de entidades crediticias, bancos, finanzas , etc.

En los esquemas que propongo , se parte de un nivel de economia mínimo o de baja energía. Se puede acceder a un sistema económico de tecnificación básica o fundamental ( con la inclusión de procesos para hacer pan, procesos de la leche, los granos,etc. )
Otro aspecto es el de la eliminación total de impuestos de producción al no ser esquemas que están centrados en las ganancias sino en la actividad económica básica, fundamental
En cuanto a la provisión de insumos, energía, etc. el intercambio de bienes permitirá su obtención, pudiendo el estado municipal administrar dicho intercambio. Las mismas entidades estatales pueden adquirir parte de lo elaborado para hospitales, o entidades de ese tipo, a un costo menor.
La clave es tener una fuente de energía "propia", en este caso una extensión de campo. En otros casos , según la geografía del lugar se puede obtener energía eléctrica gratuita, cuando hay pequeñas estaciones de energía en los saltos de agua, u otros tipos, geotérmica, eólica, etc.
El sistema se sostiene solo una vez que alcanza la evolución de sus productos y se realimenta en el esquema.
Otro punto de vista importante es la visión ecológica, y el criterio de producción para alimentación. En ese sentido la dieta vegetariana expresa mucha verdad y no se tiene en cuenta habitualmente. Yo mismo estoy estudiando el tema.
En general la visión de nuestros políticos ( o clase política) es nula al respecto, en algunos casos se privilegia el populismo con el sostenimiento de la situación social actual ( peronismo) . En otros no se interesan porque es más cómodo mantener la "calma " social administrando con enormes ingresos personales sin que deban rendir cuentas de ello. Ejemplo de esto , el frente progresista en santa fe, que no oye, no propone, no actúa. Tienen tanto ego que no reconocen que el voto reciente fue en su contra.

As it is known, I come developing different articles related to the economic, productive topic and in this case gets me the attention the publication of the newspaper The Nation of the 29 of Julio 2011 (http://www.lanacion.com.ar/1393184-like-increase-competitively-the-occupation-in-3000000-of-people).
In this respect I carry out comments and the differences with my proposals.

First observation: it is not necessary to invest in my proposals. In any event the state intervenes with part of the taxes to generate the reservation it bases with the one that the projects begin to work. Once it intervened doesn't need make it again, being economically the new sustainable system.
Second observation: It is not necessary to think of exporting, because in my proposal the system doesn't depend on it. It breaks this way the thought structure where the "market" is the solution to the problems. Anyway it is not discarded to export but it is not the base of the proposed outline.
Third observation: if you doesn't compete with other suppliers of the same thing the productivity it is related to the interests characteristic of the economic closed system.
Fourth observation: It is not necessary the intervention of credit entities, banks, finances, etc.

In the outlines that I propose, begins with a minimum level of economy or of low energy. You can consent to an economic system (tecnificación) that uses basic or fundamental machinery (with the inclusion of processes to make bread, processes of the milk, the grains, etc. )
Another aspect is the one from the total elimination of production taxes when not being outlines that are centered in the earnings but in the basic, fundamental economic activity
As for the provision of inputs, energy, etc. the exchange of goods will allow its obtaining, being able to the communal state (municipal) to administer this exchange. The same state entities can acquire part of that elaborated for hospitals, or entities of that type, at a smaller cost.
The key is to have a source of "own" energy, in this case a field extension. In other cases, according to the geography of the place one can obtain gratuitous electric power, when there are small energy stations in the jumps of water, or other types, geothermal, eolic, etc.
The system is sustained alone once it reaches the evolution of its products and these they feed the outline.
Another important point of view is the ecological vision, and the production approach for feeding. In that sense the diet vegetarian expressed a lot of truth and one doesn't habitually keep in mind. Myself is studying the topic.


As, der Bürger zur Wirtschaft integriert.

Wie es bekannt wird, komme ich in Verbindung mit dem wirtschaftlichen, produktiven Thema gebrachte neu entstehende andere Artikel und in diesem Fall holt mir die Aufmerksamkeit die Veröffentlichung der Zeitung The Nation den 29 von Julio 2011, http://www.lanacion.com.ar/1393184 wie-Zunahme wettbewerbsmäßig.
Insofern führe ich Anmerkungen und die Unterschiede mit meinen Vorschlägen aus.

Zuerst Beobachtung: es ist nicht notwendig, in meine Vorschläge zu investieren. In irgendeinem Ereignis vermittelt der Staat mit Teil der Steuern, um das Bedenken zu erzeugen, das es mit dem einen basiert, den die Projekte zur Arbeit anfangen. Sobald es eingriff, brauchen Sie es Marke nicht wieder und ist wirtschaftlich das neue ertragbare System.
Zweite Beobachtung: Es ist nicht notwendig, ans Exportieren zu denken, weil das System nicht davon in meinem Vorschlag abhängt. Dritte Beobachtung: wenn Sie nicht die Produktivität mit anderen Lieferanten der gleichen Sache konkurrieren, daß es in Verbindung vom wirtschaftlichen geschlossenen System typisch mit den Interessen gebracht wird.
Vierte Beobachtung: Es ist den Eingriff der Kreditwesen, Banken, Finanzen und so weiter, nicht notwendig

In den Umrissen, die ich vorschlage, fängt mit einem Minimumsniveau der Wirtschaft oder von niedriger Energie an. Sie können einer Wirtschaft (tecnificación) zustimmen, die grundlegende oder wesentliche Maschinerie benutzt, mit der Einbeziehung der Prozesse, um Brot, Prozesse der Milch, die Körner und so weiter, zu machen, )
Ein weiterer Aspekt ist der eine von der totalen Beseitigung der Produktionssteuern, wenn er nicht Umrisse ist, die im Einkommen aber der grundlegenden, wesentlichen Wirtschaftstätigkeit zentriert werden,

Der Schlüssel ist eine Quelle "eigener" Energie zu haben, in diesem Fall eine Feldvergrößerung. Der Geographie der Stelle eine zufolge kann unnötige elektrische Macht in anderen Fällen herrschen, wenn es kleine Energiestationen in den Sprüngen des Wassers gibt, oder andere Arten, geothermisch, eolic und so weiter
Das System wird allein ausgehalten, sobald es die Evolution seiner Produkte und diese erreicht, die sie dem Umriß füttern.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Gesichtspunkt ist die ökologische Vision, und die Produktion nähert sich für Fütterung. In diesem Sinn drückte der Nahrungsvegetarier viel Wahrheit aus, und man denkt ständig nicht daran. Ich studiere das Thema.
