Budismo, una aproximación a mi pensamiento.Buddhism, an approach to my thought,,,Buddhismus, ein Ansatz zu meinem Gedanken,,,,

Acción correcta (no matar, robar, herir, violar...)

3. No abusar de los placeres sensuales.
4. No mentir.
5. Abstenerse de toda bebida embriagante o droga soporífica.
11

Buddhism, an approach to my thought,,,
A well-known person commented me, when knowing my thought that had likeness with the Buddhism, what took me to read a little, and indeed I could check it.
The Buddhism is not a religion, it is psychological, it is an attitude to live our existence better.

The Buddha was not interested in satisfying the human curiosity on the origin of the world, the nature of the divine thing or similar questions. It was interested exclusively with the human situation, with the sufferings and frustrations of the human beings. Their doctrine is, in and of itself, non metaphysics but one of psychotherapy.

It made notice the origin of the human frustrations and the form of overcoming to them, taking for it the concepts traditional Hindu of Mayan, karma, nirvana, etc., giving them a renovated psychological interpretation, dynamic and directly outstanding.
In spite of their philosophical intellectual high-level, the Buddhism Mahayana never gets lost as always in speculative abstract thoughts in the oriental mysticism, the intellect is only seen like a form of clearing the road for the direct mystic experience that the Buddhists call to "wake up."
The first Noble Truth mentions the most excellent characteristics in the human situation, duhkha that is the suffering or the frustration. This frustration originates of our difficulty in facing a basic fact of the life that all that surrounds us is unstable and transitory
The second Noble Truth talks about the cause of all the suffering, trishna that is clinging, or to hold on to.
The third Noble Truth mentions that the suffering and the frustration can cease.
The fourth Nobel Truth says that to extinguish the suffering the noble óctuple road it should be continued.

Correct understanding (to know and to understand in a direct way the noble truths and the dharma)
Correct thought (not to give to the desires or the hate)
Correct word (not to speak in excess or unsuccessfully, not to lie...)
Correct action (not to kill, to steal, to hurt, to violate...)
Correct occupation (to be won the life in a worthy way without harming to others)
Correct effort (recanalizar the bad instincts and to feed the good ones)
Correct attention (to be aware of the external, mental, emotional and corporal events)
Correct concentration (to meditate with application and good aspiration, without only wanting the own awakening) "
The four noble truths almost contain all the teachings of the Buddha and the Buddhism. It is for where any beginner should begin or interested in the Buddhism and the Buddhist meditation.

Salient points.
1
Should be practiced the same tolerance, the same indulgence, the same fraternal love toward all the men indistinctly, and an unalterable kindness toward the beings of the animal Kingdom. (I coincide, with the necessary exceptions to the characteristics of the modern societies.)
2
The Universe has been developed and not created; it works according to the Law, and not for whim of God some. ( I find really interesting this statement, solves in general our plants you on the "other side")
3
The truths in that is founded the Buddhism are natural. They have been taught, as we believe, during eons or successive periods of the world, for certain inspired, called beings Budas; the word Buddha means «Illuminated».
4
Sakyamuni taught that the Ignorance produces the Desire that the non satisfied Desire is cause of the Reincarnation, and the Reincarnation cause of Suffering. To avoid the Suffering, it is necessary, because, to get rid of the Reincarnation; to get rid of the Reincarnation, it is necessary to extinguish the Desire, and to extinguish the Desire, it is necessary to destroy the Ignorance.( I find doubtful the statement of the reincarnation, but it is necessary to deepen in that study to my to understand.)
5
The Ignorance foments the belief that the Reincarnation is a necessary thing. Destroyed the Ignorance, the lack of value is perceived of each one of the Reincarnations considered as end in themselves, as well as the imperious necessity to adopt a gender of life that annuls the reason of being of the repeated Reincarnations.
The Ignorance also engenders the illusory and illogical idea that there is not more than an existence for the man, and the other illusion that to that only life unalterable state of enjoyments or tortures happen. (as affirms the Christian belief)
6
The disappearance of this Ignorance can be achieved with the persevering practice of an altruism that he/she understands the behavior, the development of the intelligence, the elevation of the thought and the destruction of the Desire of the inferior pleasures. (this part is completely coincident with my thought, although the final objective is not clear for my. It is as practicing an intuitive Buddhism).
7
Being the Desire to live the cause of the Reincarnations, these will cease when has extinguished that Desire, and the sophisticated individual will reach for the meditation the supreme court state of peace called Nirvana.
8
Sakyamuni that the Ignorance can vanish taught and to be suppressed the Suffering by means of the knowledge of those «Four Noble Truths».
9
The Universe is subjected to a natural causation, acquaintance under the name of Karma. The merits and a being's demerits, in their last existences, determine their condition in the present existence; each man, because, he/she has prepared the causes of the goods that at the moment experiences. ( I find this aspect questionable, because me impiica to accept the things that happen me like punishment to other unconscious previous lives. Evidently it is a thought that tranquilizes restlessness and it avoids social rebellions, I don't doubt that it has been used for the control of the populations,,,)
10
The obstacles to obtain a good Karma can be avoided by the observance of the following precepts, praised by the moral Code of the Buddhism:
1. Not to destroy any alive being.
2. Not to appropriate of anything that it has not been given.
3. Not to abuse of the sensual pleasures.
4. Not to lie.
5. To abstain of all drink embriagante or it drugs soporífica.
11
The Buddhism does not approve the superstitious credulity. The Buddha taught that nobody debit side to believe that said by any sage, neither that written in any book, neither that affirmed by the tradition, unless it agrees with his own reason.(I coincide totally,)
