Convocatoria participantes concurso de proyectos " apuesta al tricentenario" 2010

Dicho concurso ocurrió en 2010 y tuve el "placer" de participar con mi proyecto: sala-dormitorio en ambiente controlado.
Realmente el ambiente de investigación, intelecto, basado en la presencia de un jurado de los principales institutos de investigación de la ciudad de Santa Fe, me hicieron sentir que participaba del mundo de las creaciones intelectuales a todo nivel,,,
Solo algunos pequeños detalles oscurecieron este evento. En ningún momento nos hicieron saber que se había otorgado el primer premio ( a los concursantes en forma directa).
Tampoco se supo cuantos concursantes y de que nivel participaron. Tampoco se puede saber que tipo de observaciones se le hicieron a mi trabajo que " fue desestimado por el jurado externo",,, según se me explicó.

Otro criterio increíble fue este: los trabajos no ganadores no fueron mencionados para evitar la verguenza de ser perdedores,,,,
Yo asumo la verguenza de ser perdedor y QUIERO VER LAS CORRECCIONES DE MI TRABAJO , ENTENDIERON SEÑORES DEL JURADO ??.
Convoco a los participantes a que nos conozcamos para evaluar si no les ha pasado como a mi la experiencia de insistir en que les muestren las observaciones y se niegan sistemáticamente escondiéndose en el artículo que dice que los fallos son inapelables.
Puede ser, yo no lo apelaría, pero si quedaría claro que tipo de observaciones tuve, porque sino todo apunta a quedar en la oscuridad...
Porque el tema es que el segundo premio,,, fue declarado desierto o sea que la conclusión es que solo participó un genio y mil idiotas,,,, O tal vez solo fueron dos trabajos??? nada se sabe.
Dado que conozco el nivel de mi trabajo y sus fundamentos, al punto de esperar patentarlo pronto, es que me resisto a entender que un jurado externo me rechaza el trabajo sin conocer en detalle lo que afirman. Esto ,,me lleva a pensar que , el trabajo puede haber molestado a alguien del mercado, puesto que el diseño lleva electrónica analógica económica que no depende de microprocesador o plc, dejando de lado esos dispositivos. Será que mi proyecto molesta a un sector del mercado de microprocesadores?? Si fuese así entiendo que no podrían justificar un rechazo porque sería motivo de anular el concurso.
Otra posibilidad es que no hayan mirado el trabajo ,porque no entiendo porqué se convoca a jurado externo cuando la mayoría de los jurados de los institutos de investigación entienden de los temas que involucraba mi proyecto.
A saber: ( cuando hablo de jurado me refiero a los de los institutos de investigación)
Calidad del aire.Por lo menos un jurado tiene que ver con esa especialidad. Control de procesos. Mi proyecto posee un controlador adaptativo que diseñé para lograr que la cantidad de humedad en el aire sea constante independientemente de la temperatura del local.
Controlador adaptativo, tema de control de procesos, por lo menos un jurado es de esa especialidad.
Transferencia de energía y gases , contenido de CO2, humedad debida al proceso respiratorio, etc. tema que todos los integrantes del jurado técnico entienden.
Por otra parte el trabajo cumple con el objetivo de generar trabajo en la zona de influencia, dado que todos sus ítems se pueden descomponer y elaborar localmente. Los integrados comunes de electrónica son de difusión mundial y de bajo costo. Esa sería la única parte de valor agregado perdida ( ìnfima) , dado que este país no produce esos componentes. Pero un microprocesador o plc delega mucho más valor agregado en el exterior. (esto va para el resto del jurado, supuestamente economístas, etc.)

Esto es algo más de lo que estamos acostumbrados a ver en este país. Con los políticos, con las instituciones , con los sindicatos, con la discrecionalidad de los politicos en la administración del estado,,, etc.

This competition happened in 2010 and I had the "pleasure" to participate with my project: room-bedroom in controlled atmosphere.
Really the investigation atmosphere, intellect, based on the presence of a jury of the main institutes of investigation of the city of Santa Faith, they made me feel that it participated of the world from the intellectual creations to all level,,,
Alone some small particulars darkened this event. In any moment they made us know that the first prize had been granted (to the contestants in direct form).
Neither it was known how many contestants and that level participated. Neither one can know that type of observations was made to my work that was underrated by the external" jury, according to I was explained.

Another incredible approach was this: the works non winners were not mentioned to avoid the shame of being losing,,,,
Do I assume the shame of being losing and do I WANT to SEE THE CORRECTIONS DE MY WORK, DID GENTLEMEN OF THE JURY UNDERSTAND??.
I summon the participants to that we know each other to evaluate if it has not passed them as to my the experience of to insist in that show them the observations and they refuse hiding in the article that he/she says that the shortcomings are inappealable systematically.
It can be, I would not appeal him, but if it would be clear that type of observations had, because but everything it points to be in the darkness...
Because the topic is that the second prize, was desert declared that is to say that the conclusion is that alone it participated a genius and thousand idiots, OR perhaps alone two works were??? anything is known.
Since I know the level of my work and their foundations, to the point of hoping to patent it soon, it is that I refuse to understand that an external jury rejects me the work without knowing in detail what you/they affirm. This, it takes me to think that, the work can have bothered somebody of the market, since the design takes electronic analogical economic that doesn't depend of microprocessor or plc, leaving aside those devices. Will it be that my bothersome project to a sector of the market of microprocessors?? If was I understand this way that they could not justify a rejection because it would be reason of annulling the competition.
Another possibility is that they have not looked at the work, because I don't understand reason it is summoned to external jury when most of the juries of the investigation institutes understand of the topics that it involved my project.
That is: (when I speak of jury I refer to those of the investigation institutes)
Quality of the air.At least a jury has to do with that specialty. Control of processes. My project possesses a controller adaptativo that I designed to achieve that the quantity of humidity in the air is constant independently of the temperature of the local.
Controller adaptativo, topic of control of processes, at least a jury is of that specialty.
Energy transfer and gases, content of CO2, due humidity to the breathing process, etc. fears that all the members of the technical jury understand.
On the other hand the work fulfills the objective of generating work in the influence area, since all their articles can break down and to elaborate locally. The integrated electronics comuneses are of world diffusion and of low cost. That would be the only lost added value part (minimum), since this country doesn't produce those components. But a microprocessor or plc delegate much more overseas added value. (this goes for the rest of the jury, supposedly economístas, etc.)

This is something more than what we are accustomed to see in this country. With the politicians, with the institutions, with the unions, with the outrage of the politicians in the administration of the state, etc.

Einberufungsteilnehmer Konkurrenz der Projekte-Wette zum tricentenario" 2010

Diese Konkurrenz passierte 2010, und ich hatte das "Vergnügen", mit meinem Projekt teilzunehmen: Zimmerschlafzimmer in gesteuerter Atmosphäre.
Wirklich basierte die Untersuchungsatmosphäre, Intellekt, auf der Gegenwart Geschworene der Hauptinstitute der Untersuchung der Stadt von Santa Faith, sie brachten mich zum Fühlen, daß es von der Welt von den intellektuellen Schaffungen zu allem Niveau teilnahm,,,,
Allein verdunkelten einige kleine Angaben dieses Ereignis. In irgendeinem Moment machten sie uns weiß, daß der erste Preis gewährt worden war, zu den Bewerbern in direkter Form.
Weder wurde es wie viele Bewerber bekannt, und dieses Niveau nahm teil. Kein einer kann wissen, daß Art von Beobachtungen zu meiner Arbeit gemacht wurde, die von den externen" Geschworene unterbewertet wurde, mir zufolge wurde erklärt.
Hinsichtlich meiner Arbeit können technische Anmerkungen in diesem blog im einen Pfahl gesehen werden: " das Zimmer des guten Traumes"
Ein weiterer unglaublicher Ansatz war dieses: die Arbeiten Nichtgewinner wurden nicht erwähnt, um die Scham davon zu vermeiden, verlor,,,,
Nehme ich die Scham davon an, verliert, und will ich DEN KORREKTUREN DE MEINE WORK sehen, verstanden GENTLEMANE DER GESCHWORENE??.
Ich zitiere die Teilnehmer zu dem, das wir einander kennen einzuschätzen, wenn es nicht als dazu an ihnen vorbeigekommen ist, mein die Erfahrung von darin zu bestehen dieses zeigen Sie ihnen die Beobachtungen, und sie lehnen Tracht Prügel im Artikel ab, den es sagt, daß die Mängel systematisch unappellabel sind.
Es kann sein, ich würde ihm nicht appellieren, aber wenn es klar wäre, daß Art von Beobachtungen hatte, weil, aber alles es zeigt, um in der Dunkelheit zu sein...
Weil das Thema ist das der zweite Preis, wurde Wüste erklärt dieses ist zu sagen, daß der Schluß so allein ist, daß es ein Genie und tausend Idioten teilnahm, OR vielleicht waren alleine zwei Arbeiten??? etwas wird bekannt.
Weil ich das Niveau von meiner Arbeit und ihren Fundamenten weiß, zum Punkt, zu hoffen, es bald zu patentieren, ist es, daß ich ablehne zu verstehen, daß mir externe Geschworene die Arbeit ohne in Detail welcher you/they bestätigt zu wissen ablehnen. Dieses, es nimmt mich, um zu denken, daß, die Arbeit kann jemanden des Marktes gestört haben, weil das Design elektronisch analog wirtschaftlich nimmt, dieses hängen Sie nicht von Mikroprozessor oder plc ab und lassen Sie jene Geräte beiseite. Wird es das mein lästiges Projekt zu einem Sektor des Marktes der Mikroprozessoren sein?? Wenn gewesen ist, ich verstehe diesen Weg, daß sie keine Ablehnung rechtfertigen konnten, weil es Grund wäre die Konkurrenz zu annullieren.
Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist, daß sie die Arbeit nicht angeschaut haben, weil ich keinen Grund verstehe, wird es zu externen Geschworene zitiert, wenn die meisten der Geschworene der Untersuchungsinstitute von den Themen verstehen, daß es mein Projekt mit sich brachte.
Das ist: , wenn ich von Geschworene spreche, beziehe ich mich auf jene der Untersuchungsinstitute)
Qualität der Luft.Wenigstens Geschworene muß mit dieser Spezialität machen. Kontrolle der Prozesse. Mein Projekt besitzt einen Kontrolleur adaptativo, den ich entwarf, um zu erreichen, daß die Quantität von Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Luft unabhängig von der Temperatur des Einheimischen beständig ist.
Kontrolleur adaptativo, Thema der Kontrolle der Prozesse, wenigstens Geschworene ist von dieser Spezialität.
Energietransfer und Gase, Inhalt von CO2, fällige Luftfeuchtigkeit zum Atmungsprozeß, und so weiter Ängste, daß alle Mitglieder der technischen Geschworene verstehen.
Andererseits erfüllt die Arbeit das Objektiv, die Arbeit im Einflußgebiet zu erzeugen, weil all ihre Artikel und ins Detail örtlich zu gehen zusammenbrechen können. Die einheitliche Elektronik comuneses ist von Weltausbreitung und niedrigen Kosten. Das wäre, fügte das gewordenen verloren Einzige Wertteil (Minimum) hinzu, weil dieses Land jene Bestandteile nicht produziert. Aber ein Mikroprozessor oder ein plc delegiert hinzugefügten Wert viel mehr in Übersee. (dies geht für den Rest der Geschworene, angeblich economístas und so weiter,)

Dies ist etwas, wir mehr als was gewöhnt werden, um in diesem Land zu sehen. Mit den Politikern, mit den Institutionen, mit den Gewerkschaften, mit dem Verbrechen der Politiker in der Verwaltung des Staates und so weiter,
