Actividad física y realimentación biológica
Physical activity and biological feedback.

Physical activity and biological feedback.

Physical activities are performed for two reasons: one reason is because of work. Another reason is to stay healthy, as long as the work does not involve heavy use of the body.
When physical activity for health reasons are made, which means do it regularly, in general the types of exercises that are performed are studied.
Special devices that allow you to work different muscles and work them symmetrically or equal effort are used.
Various exercises that allow the general maintenance of the body are used.
What happens when the exercises are part of the job?
A person must work crouched, waving his arms unequally, not necessarily do an adequate general maintenance of the body. The reality is that is working, not maintaining the body.
The study of the movements.
At other times the work is studied from the point of view of processes, considering man as an element willing to do whatever is necessary as part of the work, although the work will involve muscle strain and other ailments.
Currently many of the processes are automated. In many cases the man performs routine tasks within the production line, or really intellectual work, supervision and technical assistance.
There are tasks that are still very human and have not been replaced by automation or machines performing the process.
Tasks involving prolixity or craft activity, remain in charge of people.
Take an example.
Cutting a metal rod with a hacksaw
It is a task that is not performed by a machine, or if they exist, are very expensive machines. It is an eminently human task that requires accuracy and concentration.
The trend is to use one hand for cutting. The other hand provides support. This implies that one arm is more required than the other.
If appropriate measures are taken, after generating a cut (which is done using only one arm), you can use both arms spreading the load into two parts and work both arms simultaneously.
If the cutting process is further studied, it is possible to use not only the two arms but a movement of legs in a task similar to the rower in the competitions.
In this context, it is possible to think of work as a recreational and healthy activity, which adds about an additional incentive.
Has not been studied work from this point of view, which implies a superposition of processes into one. The man can work and still be healthy, fulfilling the need for daily physical activity studied, taking into account the details of stress distribution in the muscles.
There are tasks that are suitable for normal body maintenance, doing work on one side and physical activity maintenance in a distributed manner.
An activity of housing construction is the transport of elements in a wheelbarrow. Carrying sand, earth or something granulation truck is a "symmetric" work that generates activity in both the arms and the legs constantly and equally distributed efforts.
Another activity that is not being used is to mix lime and sand with a tool called a hoe. This activity involves the arms, legs, stomach muscles, being a very interesting activity for the body, which is also symmetrical type and generates an optimal fitness.
The tasks of digging with a shovel are not symmetrical, but with the help of a peak, you can generate an interesting activity that does not demand much one group of muscles.
Tasks such as lifting, bags, etc. They are dangerous, because in the act of raising a moment is exerted on the spine that can cause injury.
These are the tasks that should be replaced by machines. Carrying bags in a wheelbarrow and is an optimal symmetric task.
The work of garbage collection, where the person is looking for a small bag, throws and jumps on the edge of the truck is quite related to an obstacle course, which generates overall physical activity, fairly symmetrical activity.
Eminently tasks in a fixed position as the driver of a truck or a train, or an activity in a sitting office are those that require an intermediate fitness, if possible. Not studied this aspect ever.
There are companies that are allowing their employees yoga, because it increases concentration, calm, and ultimately may produce motivated differently.
In schools in the United States it is also implementing yoga in the state of California.
Everything that intersperse mental activity with physical, serves to balance, but what happens when we have physical activity, but not adapted to general equilibrium? If physical activity of work is not studied as a function of the internal balance of man, then it's a work activity.

Biofeedback.
Many tasks performed by the human body with his own, are replaced by the use of machinery. For each task, there is generally a machine, being guided by human, does the work.
Thus, it goes against the theory that I present, to ensure that the work is transcendent in the sense of physical embodiment, balance, etc. with proper exercise of the different body parts.
So the idea is to abandon the tendency to be replaced by a machine in all activities, because men need to exercise your body.
Even in a planned economy, with automated processes, can provide this. Moreover, the tasks performed by the man himself with his body, saving energy, which should not be provided to machines.
In a further development of this aspect we see that if we perform physical tasks is possible to transform the energy that parted with the body heat to electricity. In this way we can transform physical recreation and maintenance, energy productions. This we meet over a desired look.
This could also be implemented in the daily work .If the possibility of converting heat energy to a form of electricity, we are including the planet.
Taking the example below, we can get an idea of what is involved:
Climbing a ladder, a 70 kG, 3 feet, doing the job 60 times, (which would represent a net 60 minutes of exercise), involves an energy that you can get 34.3 W / hour.
This person gets a good portion of the energy required to light daily. This is done while maintaining healthy by exercising, so the ecological health involves bodily health, if we look at it in a nutshell.
If we analyze the energy the body has been used for it will be that much more than what you get as a useful net energy. The body is rather inefficient in those terms, to deliver a net work of a certain value, it consumes much more energy than goes into heat.
Moreover, for a long time, man can not escape his need for physical activity, as an activity that leads to internal balance is part of our nature have to do with it. The same Japanese Zen practitioners indicate that manual work is important to the overall balance.
I understand that in an increasingly technological world, and if the human species deletes itself over time, the body will adapt to become more "mental" people by removing some of that physical need, in a process of evolutionary rate.

The aspect of balance.
Do not forget the aspect of balancing the task is performed, the more creative, the result carries over perceived balance. In the form of paradox that implies that the hardest tasks are those that balance, while the more "comfortable" tasks do not reflect that. Tasks such as driving a truck or a bus, do not reflect the result of the task. Instead the carpenter or mason perceive it as a single work site.
Maybe it's because they are not pure, resulting in an inconsistent system tasks, where the sense of the activity is lost. Take for example, a technical drawing, administrative type tasks, have almost lost their meaning. Administrative Assistants have now been replaced by the same professionals who perform their own activity reports, technical specifications, including drawings by computer.
Then tasks such as technical, administrative cartoonist without specialty, have lost sense.
Purely creative tasks are identified. He who makes a project or a program, or a craft work, is identified with the task, which is balancing.
